The power distribution device according to the present invention includes a branch box 8 in which three bus bars 2 are embedded independently of each other along the longitudinal direction of an insulator 7 in an elongated insulator.
and a breaker 4 connected by abutting its end surface against the widthwise end surface of the branch box 8,
Three types of connection pieces 9a, 9b, 9c are connected to each bus bar 2 from the end face in the width direction of the branch box 8.
protrude at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the branch box 8 in a predetermined order, and three types of connecting pieces 9a,
A plurality of sets of connecting blocks 9b and 9c are formed along the longitudinal direction of the branch box 8, and each connecting piece 9a, 9b, 9c is formed of a metal strip material having spring properties. The bent pieces 25, which are arranged along the upper and lower sides of the end faces in the width direction and are bent inward from the free ends, come into contact with the end faces of the branch box 8, so that the connecting pieces 9a, 9b, and 9c have spring properties in a direction perpendicular to this face. Granted, breaker 4
Three terminal receivers 15 each having a recessed groove shape into which three types of connection pieces 9a, 9b, and 9c fit are arranged horizontally at equal intervals on the end face of , 9c, two of the three terminal receivers 15 are equipped with a pair of terminals 5, 5 which are press-connected to two types of connecting pieces 9a, 9b, 9b, 9c in different combinations. As shown in Fig. 2, it is used by being housed in a distribution board A together with a main switch 10 and a power receiving terminal block 11, and usually the branch boxes 8 are connected at their ends. and use it. That is, at both ends of the branch box 8 in the longitudinal direction,
As shown in FIG. 3, the ends of the three bus bars 2, 2, 2 embedded inside each protrude, and when connecting two branch boxes 8, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. In this way, the two are connected via the connector 12, an insulating cap 13 is attached to one end, and the power receiving terminal block 11 is connected to the other end via the connector 12. Three types of connecting pieces 9a, 9b, and 9c obtained by bending a metal strip having a spring property continuous with each generatrix bar 2 are protruded from the widthwise end face of the branch box 8 along the vertical direction. Three types of connection pieces 9a, 9b, 9
c are arranged on the end face in the width direction of the branch box 8 so as to be repeated in this order a plurality of times along the longitudinal direction. Further, the connecting pieces 9a, 9b, and 9c whose bases protrude from the upper part of the end face of the branch box 8 gradually protrude outward and extend downward along the end face, and the bent pieces 25 bent inward from the lower end are located at the lower part of the end face. The connecting pieces 9a, 9b, and 9c are provided with spring properties in the inward and outward directions by contacting the connecting pieces 9a, 9b, and 9c. On the other hand, breaker 4
Three vertical groove-shaped terminal receivers 15 are formed on the end face of the terminal holder 15 arranged at equal intervals on the left and right, and a pair of terminal receivers 15 are attached to each of the terminals 5 attached to two of the three terminal receivers 15 depending on the rated voltage to be used. connection pieces 9a, 9b, 9
When the end face of the breaker 4 is butted against the end face of the branch box 8, each connecting piece 9a, 9b, 9c is connected to the corresponding terminal 5 by pressure contact due to its elasticity. It is.
In other words, if the rated voltage is 100V, the first
As shown in Fig. 3, a breaker 4a with terminals 5 attached to two outer terminal receivers 15 is used, and the breaker 4a is connected to the S-phase and R-phase bus bars 2 via connection pieces 9a and 9c, respectively, and the rated When the voltage is 200V, as shown in FIG. 14, a breaker 4b with terminals 5 attached to two adjacent terminal receivers 15 is used, and connection pieces 9b and 9 are attached to the R-phase and T-phase busbars, respectively.
The desired rated voltage is obtained by connecting the breaker 4b through the breaker 4b. The terminal 5 used here is
Similar to the connection pieces 9a, 9b, 9c, a metal band having spring properties is bent to provide spring properties in the inner and outer directions, thereby ensuring reliable pressure contact with the connection pieces 9a, 9b, 9c. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the terminal 5 extends obliquely upward from the lower part of the terminal receiver 15, and has a bent piece 2 bent inward from the upper end.
7 is brought into contact with the upper part of the terminal receiver 15 to provide spring properties in the inner and outer directions.

ものである。 As described above, the present invention forms a branch box by embedding three busbars independently of each other along the longitudinal direction of the insulator in an elongated insulator.
Three types of connecting pieces that are continuous with each bus bar protrude from the end face in the width direction of the branch box, so unlike conventional models where the entire bus bar is exposed, only the connection point with the breaker is exposed as a connecting piece. It has the advantage of improving insulation properties, and since each connection piece is formed by bending a metal strip with spring properties and is press-connected to the breaker terminal, the electrical connection is reliable. This improves contact reliability. Moreover, on the end face of the breaker, three groove-shaped terminal receivers into which three types of connection pieces are inserted are lined up horizontally at equal intervals. A pair of terminals that are pressure-welded to the various connection pieces are attached to two of the three terminal holders, making it easy to connect breakers with different rated voltages, such as 100V and 200V, to one branch box. It is something that can be connected.
