Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁性を有するセンサボデイに導電性金属が設
けられ、該導電性金属が導電性液体に接触する時
の導電作用により液面水位を検出する導電式レベ
ルセンサにおいて、 前記センサボデイを棒状のセラミツクセンサボ
デイとし、該セラミツクセンサボデイの外表面に
導電性金属ペーストを線状に焼付けて導電性金属
とし、かつ、該導電性金属の一部分を撥水性コー
ト剤で被覆させたことを特徴とする導電式レベル
センサ。
