- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力変化を電圧変化として出力するセンサ部材
と、 前記センサ部材の出力特性を調整する出力調整
用抵抗と、 前記センサ部材が設定圧力を感知したことを点
灯表示する動作表示素子と、 前記センサ部材、出力調整用抵抗および動作表
示素子を密閉封止する外装ケースとを備え、 前記外装ケースには、前記動作表示素子で発生
した光を透過するとともに前記出力調整用抵抗に
トリミングのためのレーザ光を照射可能な透光部
を備えたことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
