【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は牽引車が事故車を牽引して走行する際
に用いられる牽引用連結棒に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a towing connecting rod used when a towing vehicle tows an accident vehicle.
従来この種の牽引用連結棒はロツドの両端に
夫々牽引車後部のピントルフツクに掛止する掛環
と事故車の前部アクスルに連結する連結金具を設
けたものであつたが、この連結金具を前部アクス
ルに連結するに当つてはピンを挿入することによ
つて行つたりチヨーンで〓縛する方法がとられて
いた。しかるにこのような作業は人が事故車の下
にもぐり込んで行う必要があり、作業能率が悪く

引用連結棒は符号5で示されている。1は牽引車
2は事故車、3は事故車2の前部アクスル、4は
牽引車1のピントルフツク、6は牽引車1のブー
ム、7はフツクである。牽引用連結棒5の詳細構
成は第2図図示の通りであつて以下に詳述する。
8は内筒、9は外筒であつてこの二者でロツドを
構成している。内筒8基端には牽引車1のピント
ルフツク4に掛止される掛環11が固着されてい
る。また基端からやや先端方向へ寄つた適所には
吊環12が設けられている。外筒9は内筒8に対
し伸縮かつ回転可能に嵌挿されていて、ロツド長
を可変に調整することができるようになつている
と共にその基端部に設けたハンドル13を操作す
ることにより人力で回転させることができるよう
になつている。10は固定ピンであつて内・外筒
8,9間に適宜穿孔したピン孔に差し込むことに
より内・外筒8,9を伸縮不能並びにに回転不能
に拘束しうるようになつている。14は外筒9先
端に取り付けられた押え板であつてピン15を介
して外筒9に対しては自由回転状態にして取り付
けられている。16は、外筒9先端部外周であつ
て前記押え板14よりも基端寄り位置に設けた雄
ネジ部18にそのホルダー筒部17を螺合したホ
ルダーであつて、前記押え板と共同して被牽引車
の前部アクスル3を狭持するものである。前出ハ
ンドル13を回転させるとホルダー16は外筒9
(また押え板14)に対して進退する如くになつ

あるが、これには牽引車1を事故車2の前面の適

いて内・外筒8,9が自由に伸縮しうる状態にし
てその掛環11をピントルフツク4に掛ける。次
いで吊環12をフツク7を介してブーム6で吊り
上げホルダー16を事故車2の前部アクスル3に
押し当てる。ここでハンドル13を廻してホルダ
ー16を押え板14側へ引き縮めれば前部アクス
ル3は押え板14、ホルダー16間に挾持され
る。次いでフツク7を吊環12から外して吊具を
介して事故車2前方を吊り上げる。ここで一旦、
牽引連結棒5の掛環11をピントルフツク4から
外して内・外筒8,9を伸縮させてロツド長を適
当な長さに調整し、ピン10にて固定し再びピン
トルフツク4に掛環11を掛ける。そして再度事
故車2の吊り上げ高さを調整すると連結作業は完
