リング、７…素子、９…排出室、１０…排出用導
管、１１…導入管、１２…スリーブ、１３…絶縁
体、１４…スプリング。
補正 昭６０．９．２７ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端を閉端部となし内外両面に電極を形成
した筒状の酸素イオン透過性固体電解質よりなる
素子と、該素子の閉端部側を該素子の外面との間
に隙間を設けて被覆する第１の被測定ガスの導入
部を設けた第１のハウジングと、該素子の開放端
部側を該素子の外面との間に隙間を設けて被覆す
る第２の被測定ガスの導入部並びに前記第１及び
第２の被測定ガスを合流させて排出する排出部を
設けた第２のハウジングと、該第２のハウジング
の該第２の被測定ガスの導入部に該素子の開放端
部より該素子内に該素子の内面との間に隙間を設
けて挿入して取付けた該第２の被測定ガスの導入
管とよりなることを特徴とする酸素センサ。 (2) 導入管を素子内の先端部近傍まで挿入した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の酸素センサ。 (3) 被測定ガスの導入側の流量抵抗を、排出側
の流量抵抗よりも低くしたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の酸素センサ。 (4) 被測定ガスの導入側の圧力を、排出側の圧
力よりも高くしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の酸素センサ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端を閉端部となし内外両面に電極を形成
    した筒状の酸素イオン透過性固体電解質よりなる
    素子と、該素子の閉端部側を該素子の外面との間
    に隙間を設けて被覆する第１の被測定ガスの導入
    部を設けた第１のハウジングと、該素子の開放端
    部側を該素子の外面との間に隙間を設けて被覆す
    る第２の被測定ガスの導入部並びに前記第１及び
    第２の被測定ガスを合流させて排出する排出部を
    設けた第２のハウジングと、該第２のハウジング
    の該第２の被測定ガスの導入部に該素子の開放端
    部より該素子内に該素子の内面との間に隙間を設
    けて挿入して取付けた該第２の被測定ガスの導入
    管とよりなることを特徴とする酸素センサ。 (2) 導入管を素子内の先端部近傍まで挿入した
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の酸
    素センサ。 (3) 被測定ガスの導入側の流量抵抗を、排出側
    の流量抵抗よりも低くしたことを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の酸素センサ。 (4) 被測定ガスの導入側の圧力を、排出側の圧
    力よりも高くしたことを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第１項記載の酸素センサ。
