Claims (1)
1に、ケーブルCが巻回される第1のユニツトロ
ーラ12Aを設けるとともに、該第1のユニツト
ローラと前記軸受の一方との間に、前記第1の軸
が貫通させられる中空部を有する第2の軸13を
設け、該第2の軸に第2のユニツトローラ12B
を設けてなり、前記第2の軸は、前記一方の軸受
の内側に軸線を同じくして設けられた固定軸受1
4と、前記第1の軸の外周に軸線を同じくして設
けられた回転軸受15とに回動自在に支持された
