いた。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a soundproofing and vibrationproofing panel, particularly a soundproofing and vibrationproofing panel that is attached to the outdoor side of the outer wall of a building housing equipment that is a source of noise. One of the causes of noise problems with conventional pumps, compressors, generators, etc. is that the vibrations associated with equipment operation are transmitted to the walls through the floor of the building, causing slight vibrations in the walls, and generating noise as secondary sound from the walls. There is a solid sound. As a soundproofing measure, methods have been used to minimize vibration propagation to the wall surface by attaching vibration isolators to the equipment.

したものである。 Therefore, this idea uses soundproofing and vibrationproofing panels attached to the outside of the building that houses these noise source equipment, making it possible to completely achieve soundproofing and vibrationproofing, and to achieve soundproofing and vibrationproofing at low cost and reliably. This is how it was done.

In FIG. 1, the side of the arrow R with respect to the outer wall W is indoors where the equipment is housed, and the side where the panels are attached is outdoors. Then, the vibration isolator pedestal/mounting frame 3 with the sound absorbing part 4 attached to the H-shaped steel 8 attached to the wall W is fixed, and the vibration isolator pedestal 6 with the sound insulating part 1 made of concrete etc. attached is made of an elastic material. vibration isolator 2
It is integrally fixed to the vibration isolator holder/mounting frame 3 via. Thereby, an air layer 7 is interposed between the sound insulating part 1 and the sound absorbing part 4.

It is fixed by. Further, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3, the horizontal flange 32 of the vibration isolator pedestal and mount 3 has a stopper pin 5 whose tip passes through the small hole 9 of the horizontal flange 62 of the vibration isolator pedestal 6. It is planted. Note that the sound insulation part 1 is attached to a vertical part 61 of the vibration isolation pedestal 6.

Sound absorption is performed by the sound absorption section 4.
Furthermore, the sound insulation part 1 made of concrete or the like is used to insulate the sound and prevent the sound from propagating to the outside.

に係止させるようにしてもよい。 Furthermore, the slight vibrations on the wall are suppressed by the vibration isolator 2.
In order to prevent the vibrations from propagating to the sound insulation part, the sound insulation material will generate noise as secondary sound, and the sound insulation effect of the sound insulation panel will not be reduced. Furthermore, the panel 10 of this invention is installed outdoors and is subjected to wind pressure, etc., but in order to prevent excessive deformation of the vibration isolator 2 due to wind pressure, etc. The horizontal flange 62 of the anti-vibration pedestal 6 abuts against this to prevent further deformation. Furthermore, even if the vibration isolator 2 is damaged and the sound insulation part 1 tries to fall off to the outside, the vibration isolation pedestal 6 fixed to the sound insulation part 1 will still be caught by the stopper pin 5 to prevent the sound insulation part 1 from falling off to the outside. do. Therefore, the stopper pin 5 also serves to prevent the sound insulation part 1 from falling off.
In the illustrated example, the stopper pin is planted on the mounting base 3, but it is planted on the anti-vibration pedestal 6, and the stopper pin is planted on the mounting base 3.
It may be made to be locked.

Depending on the department,
Perform sound absorption and insulation. Furthermore, with respect to the generation of secondary sound from the surface of the soundproof panel due to minute vibrations of the wall surface, the vibration isolator can prevent the generation of noise by preventing the vibration from propagating to the panel. Therefore, it has become possible to insulate not only the transmitted sound from the wall surface but also the secondary sound due to the minute vibration of the wall surface.
