Traditionally, Buddhist altars have been proposed in which the background can be changed by raising and lowering the curtain body.
Conventional curtain bodies are formed on the backs of Buddhist statues, etc., and can be rolled up and down, and do not cover the Buddha statues, etc. themselves.

However, in this latter case, the inner door c is a sliding door that moves in an arc surrounding the mortuary table b inside the zushi, and furthermore, the inner door c is a sliding door that moves inside the zushi.
It is designed as a circular arc door with a closing angle of a quarter arc, ie 90°. Therefore, in order to open the morgue b, the door c must move approximately 90 degrees, and therefore the groove guiding the closed door c becomes approximately circular surrounding the morgue b. . As a result, the depth of the zushi becomes large and the plane of the zushi becomes approximately square, and the Buddhist altar that houses such a zushi also becomes deep and large. This means that when the external dimensions are constant, the dimensions of the enshrined stand c, which is opened and closed by the door c that circulates within the zushi, are small, which impairs the balance with the principal image to be enshrined. Furthermore, in the one in Fig. 18, the inner door c
Even when the zushi is closed, the back plate d of the zushi itself can be seen from the outside through the door c and the inner wall of the zushi, and furthermore, the opening of the inner door c is combined with the fact that only the morgue b is opened. Therefore, it is not possible to enhance the solemnity that accompanies the opening and closing of door c.

As described above, the Buddhist altar of the present invention is provided with an outer door body on the front of the main body of the Buddhist altar, and an inner door body with double doors on the front of the inner Zushi. It is equipped with a pair of cover plates that can be moved back and forth in the direction and can shield the back plate by contacting them.
It can be opened and closed with a heavy door, greatly enhancing the solemnity of the Buddhist altar.
It also increases defensiveness. Moreover, since at least the inner door body and the cover plate can be automatically opened and closed by an electric motor, the trouble of manually opening and closing is eliminated, making the operation convenient. Furthermore, the top of the cover plate is guided by a linear guide, and the cover plate is also moved by the reciprocating opening/closing means.
The cover plate moves smoothly and improves its appearance. In addition, the cover plate has a shoji-like appearance, giving it a new appearance compared to the conventional curtain that moves up and down on the back of the worship object, or the one that slides in an arc as shown in Figure 17, and makes the worship object more solemn. do. Furthermore, since the cover plate moves horizontally in a straight line as described above, compared to the one that slides in an arc shown in Figure 17, the distance between the cover plate and the back plate of the zushi can be reduced and the depth of the zushi can be increased. It is clear that it is possible to reduce the Also, when the dimensions of the Buddhist altar are the same,
Compared to the one shown in Fig. 17, the enshrining place for the principal image can be expanded laterally, and a large-sized principal image can be accommodated, thereby improving the volumetric efficiency of the Buddhist altar. Furthermore, unlike the one in Figure 17, the interior of the zushi can be shielded by closing the cover plate, and when opened, the entire back plate of the zushi can be opened, giving it a sense of grandeur that can be seen when opening and closing. sell.

While installing the inner door body of the double door, the door extends horizontally and in a substantially straight line, and is guided upwardly by a guide formed on the ceiling plate of the zushi, and reciprocates in opposite directions, and the inner edges facing each other come into contact with each other as they move back and forth. At the same time, a pair of left and right cover plates that can shield the back plate of the back of the zushi and move in a position where the outer edge laterally exceeds the support point of the inner door body when going back are installed inside the zushi and inside the inner door. A reciprocating opening/closing means is provided which is located inside the support point of the body and is moved by an electric motor, and which is coupled to the cover plate to cause the cover plate to reciprocate. A Buddhist altar, the door body of which can be opened and closed by an electric motor, and a control device that opens the electric motor prior to the electric motor of the reciprocating opening and closing means when opening the inner door body and cover plate. 2. The Buddhist altar according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate is guided upwardly by the guide and supported upwardly by the guide, so that the cover plate hangs down inside the zushi.
