る。このため例えば可撓材の原液孔部に補強リン
グを嵌合して可撓材の原液孔側への膨出を防止し
ている。ところがこの場合には、該可撓材は補強
リングの端縁から急に折曲されて膨出するという
現象が発生し、補強リングの締付け端縁に位置し
た部分から破損されやすいという不都合を有して
いる。かかる不都合を改善するべく、例えば特公
昭58−35727号公報にみられるように、対設され
た普通板の原液孔部に補助リングを設け、その
補助リングの外周縁によつて可撓材の過度な膨出
を抑制するようになした装置が提供されている。
しかしながら、かかる装置においては、可撓材の
急激な彎曲膨出を制限できるが、可撓材が補強リ
ングの外周縁から紡錘形状に膨出するという現象
は避けられず、耐久性の面において未だ充分満足
できるものでなく、また原液に対する圧搾圧を均
衡化する上において若干の難点がある。更に補強
リングの端縁が布面から外方に突出しているた
め、搾液後のケーキの1部が補強リングと布と
の境界段部に堆積し、各板の布面に付着した
ケーキを脱落させるべく布を振動させたとして
も、その振動が補強リングと布との境界部には
伝達され難いという欠点を有している。
