Claims (1)
- アクチユエータ本体の内側に配設され３相コイ
ルが巻装された固定子と、前記本体に貫設されて
前記固定子の内側に回転自在に設けられ前記固定
子とともに３相誘導モータを構成する回転子と、
前記本体または前記固定子の内周面に形成された
断面半円形の外らせん溝と、前記回転子の周面に
前記外らせん溝と同一ピツチで形成された断面半
円形の内らせん溝と、前記外らせん溝と前記内ら
せん溝とが対向されて形成されたコイル状の空間
と、前記空間の外側に形成され前記空間の両端部
を連通した移動孔と、前記空間および前記移動孔
に一列に挿入されたころがり軸受用のボールとを
備えたアクチユエータ。
