Claims (1)
- 固定して設けられ断面円形の透孔が透設された
磁性材からなる固定体と、前記透孔に回転自在に
挿入された導電性を有する非磁性材からなる断面
円形の長尺の回転体と、前記透孔の周面に形成さ
れた断面半円形の外らせん溝と、前記回転体の周
面に前記外らせん溝と同一ピツチで形成された断
面半円形の内らせん溝と、前記外らせん溝と前記
内らせん溝とが対向されて形成されたコイル状の
空間と、前記空間の外側に形成され前記空間の両
端部を連通した移動孔と、前記空間および前記移
動孔に一列に挿入されたころがり軸受用のボール
と、前記透孔の周面に前記外らせん溝に並行に配
設された３相コイルとを備えたリニアアクチユエ
ータ。
