Claims (1)

えた二軸スクリユ押出成形機において、 前記バレル1の2つの円筒室2を、それぞれ入
口側部分の内径D1より押出口側部分の内径D2
の方を径小に形成して、押出口側に行くにつれて
段階的に径小となる少なくとも2段階の内径とし
、バレル入口側の径大円筒室2aから、バレル押
出口側の径小円筒室2b部分へと移行する中間部
分の円筒室2の内径を、同筒室2の内壁面にバレ
ル1の軸方向に向かう凹凸条を形成することによ
つて、その最大径がバレル入口側部分の径大円筒
室2aの内径D1と同一以下で、最小径がバレル
後段部分の径小円筒室2bの内径D2と同一とな
るような二重内径部2cとして形成し、 前記スクリユ3の外径を、同筒室2の内径に対
応して、径大円筒室2aの内径D1に対応した部
分が径大で、二重内径部2cからバレル押出口側
の径小円筒室2bの内径D2に対応した部分が径
小となるよう、バレル入口側から押出口側に行く
につれて段階的に径小となる少なくとも2段階の
外径としたことを特徴とする二軸スクリユ押出成
形機。 (2) 前記バレル1の2つの円筒室2を、バレル
入口側たるバレル前段部分の径大円筒室2aと、
バレル押出口側たるバレル後段部分の径小円筒室
2bとの2段階に形成するとともに、その中間部
分に前記二重内径部2cを形成し、 これに対応して、スクリユ3の外径を、前記径
大円筒室2aに対応したスクリユ前段部分が径大
円筒室2aの内径D1に対応して径大とし、バレ
ル中間部分の二重内径部2cからバレル後段部分
の径小円筒室2bに対応したスクリユ中間部分及
び後段部分がバレル後段部分の径小円筒室2bの
内径D2に対応して径小とすることにより2段階
の外径としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載の二軸スクリユ押出成形機。 (3) 外径の大きい前記スクリユ前段部分の噛合
角度θ1がπ/4以下で、外径の小さい前記スク
リユ中間部分及び後段部分の噛合角度θ2がπ/
6以下となるように前記2本のスクリユ3の芯間
距離Rnを定めたことを特徴とする実用新案登録

段部分は、その軸直角断面の輪郭が2本のスクリ
ユ3の芯間距離Rnを半径とし、中心点をスクリ
ユ外径の描く円周上に置いて描いた凸円弧を両面
とした略紡錘形で、紡錘形の両端をフライト6と
した2条の螺子とし、前記二重内径部2cに対応
するスクリユ中間部分は、その軸直角断面の輪郭
が2本のスクリユ3の芯間距離Rnを半径とし、
中心点をスクリユ外径の描く円周上に置いて描い
た凸円弧とこの凸円弧と略同一曲率の凹円弧との
連続線で形成される3辺の形成した3角形で、そ
の3つの頂部をフライト6とした3条の螺子とし
、さらに、スクリユ中間部分における径小円筒室
2b側部分は、その軸直角断面の輪郭がスクリユ
芯間距離Rnを半径とし、中心点をスクリユ外径
