However, the conventional panel board 40 is
As shown in FIG. 2, plate materials 42 and 43 such as iron plates are laminated on both the inner and outer surfaces of the heat insulating layer 41, respectively, and the plate materials are folded back in a superimposed manner at the end surface of the panel plate 40.
A pair of locking protrusions 421 and 431 forming a receiving side space S are formed facing each other on one of the adjacent panel plates 40, while a pair of locking protrusions 421 and 431 forming a receiving side space S are formed oppositely on the other panel plate 40'. A pair of fitting protrusions 42
It is made with a configuration in which 2,432 are installed facing each other,
When connecting adjacent panel plates 40, 40', as shown in FIG. 4B, the fitting protrusions 422,
432 is designed to fit into the receiving space S while closely contacting the inner surfaces of the locking protrusions 421, 431, the following disadvantages cannot be avoided.

Since the fitting protrusions 422, 432 are in contact with only the inner surfaces of the locking protrusions 421, 431, there are only two sealing points where they contact, and therefore the sealing effect is poor. Energy loss due to leakage of gas, leakage of toxic gases, and seepage of tar substances are unavoidable.

The pair of fitting protrusions 422 and 432 are folded back in an overlapping manner, and the pair of locking protrusions 4 are inserted from the outside.
21,431, the locking protrusion 4
21, 431 and the fitting protrusions 422, 432, there is no spring action at all, and therefore the sealing effect is extremely poor, so a sealing plate 45 is required separately.

In order to fit the pair of fitting protrusions 422, 432 between the pair of locking protrusions 421, 431, the fitting protrusions 422, 432 are placed on both sides of the heat insulating packing material 44 accommodated in the receiving space S. It is necessary to prepare in advance a gap sufficient to fit the insulation material 44.
The position setting is troublesome.

The receiving side locking portion 25 is as shown in FIG. 2A.
It is composed of a pair of groove pieces 251, 252 made by making the end portions of the plate materials 22, 23 protrude from the end face of the panel plate, folding the protruding portions toward the inside of the panel plate, and then folding back the folded ends. The groove pieces 251, 252 have grooves 251', 252' each having a U-shaped cross section and opening toward the end face of the adjacent panel plate 20''.

The panel board 20 constituting the exterior body 10 is connected to the projecting side engaging portion 24 provided on the end surface by engagement with the receiving side locking portion 25, and the projecting side engaging portion 24 is provided with a pair of protrusions. 241 and 242 are provided, and the receiving side locking part 2
5 is provided with concave grooves 251', 252' in which the protrusions 241, 242 are closely fitted, respectively, so that the protrusions 241, 252 touch the inner surfaces of the groove pieces 251, 252 at two points, respectively. Since the number of sealing points is twice as large as that of the conventional method, the sealing effect is greatly improved, effectively preventing the leakage of hot air and toxic gas, and also preventing the leakage of hot air and toxic gas. Since the strips are made to have a U-shaped cross section with a space inside and are compressed within the grooves, it is possible to obtain a crimping effect due to the spring action, and as a result, the clamping effect is much better. The path leading to the inside of the furnace or outside the furnace is the groove piece 251, 252.
Since the tar components are restricted only by the grooves, the tar components remain and solidify within the grooves, thereby further improving the sealing effect. .

The heat insulating packing material 28 can be filled between the groove pieces without considering the fitting space of the groove pieces 242. Therefore, in addition to simplifying the filling process of the heat insulating packing material 28, the space between the groove pieces can be filled with heat insulating material 28. Since it can be filled with Patsukingi material 28, the insulation effect is greatly improved.
