A disk-shaped ornament is placed inside the stopper rib, a fixing ring is placed on the periphery of the ornament, and a liquid sealant is applied to the back side of the ornament while rotating the whole thing horizontally. The sealing agent is transferred between the fixing ring and the fixing ring by the centrifugal force accompanying the rotation, and is forcibly attached to the circumferential surface of the stopper rib, so that it is fixed integrally.

Since the sealant can be applied to the circumferential surface of the stopper rib through the underside of the fixing ring, there is no need to trace the sealant around the circumference of the ornament to apply it.Also, the sealant is pressed against the stopper rib using centrifugal force and hardens, so the sealant adheres tightly. This allows the ornament to be securely fixed in an airtight manner, and also allows other ornaments to be seen through the thickness of the cover body, which is made of transparent synthetic resin, thereby increasing the depth of the color tone. It will be possible to manufacture decorative items.

It is possible to attach the ornament 15 by providing a space between it and the inner surface of the ornament 15 so as to further deepen the color tone of the ornament 15. After the cover body 10 is formed, pre-treatments such as annealing and degreasing are performed, and as shown in FIGS. The colored paint is applied by spray S to form a coating layer 17. At this time, the inner side of the seat 16 is covered with a mask M so that it can be seen through from the outer surface side, and is formed transparent without forming a coating layer. The ornament 15 to be attached inside the aluminum plate may be, for example, an aluminum plate with a predetermined pattern, symbol, etc. printed on one side, or a pattern, symbol, etc., stamped and molded and colored. In addition, this ornament 15 is formed of a relatively small material so that there is some distance between the side surface of the rib 13 and the periphery of the ornament main body, and the Protrusions 18, 18, .

剤20を吐出する際に粘度に応じて調整すればよい。Alternatively, the fixing ring 19 can be an annular ring with a step between the part placed on the stopper rib 13 and the part placed on the periphery of the ornament 15, as shown in FIG. It is preferable to provide protrusions 19a, 19a, . . . on the portion where the ornament 15 is placed to create a gap. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the fixing ring 19 can be molded from a transparent synthetic resin in the same mold at the same time as the cover body 10 is molded. Also,
As the sealant 20, a thermosetting type, a cooling type, or an ultraviolet curing type can be used, and if the sealant 20 is of the same color as the coating layer 17 formed on the inner surface of the cover body 10, it can be used on the surface side of the ornament 15. Even if the sealant 20 protrudes to some extent, it can be made unnoticeable. As the whole rotates, the sealant 20 passes through the gap between the fixing ring 19 and the back surface of the ornament 15 due to centrifugal force, moves to the inner surface of the stopper rib 13, and adheres to the ornament 15, the stopper rib 13, and the fixing ring. It begins to harden over a period of 19 seconds. Furthermore, since there is a slight distance between the side surface of the stopper rib 13 and the periphery of the ornament 15 as shown in FIG. It can be filled and fixed. At a position circumferentially away from the discharge position of the sealant 20, as shown in FIG. 4, hardening accelerating means such as a pipe that blows out hot air or cold air and an irradiation lamp E that irradiates ultraviolet rays are arranged. , the operation can be started when the sealant 20 reaches a predetermined discharge amount. Among these, when irradiating ultraviolet rays, since the portion of the cover main body 10 where the ornament is attached and the fixing ring 19 are transparent, the ultraviolet rays can be irradiated and transmitted from the back side to accelerate curing. Furthermore, if ultraviolet rays are irradiated from the outer surface of the cover body 10 by the irradiation lamp E, even if the ultraviolet curable sealant tries to protrude onto the outer surface of the ornament 15, it is immediately cured and future protrusion is prevented. Furthermore, before placing the ornament 15, a stopper rib 13 is installed.
A liquid sealant is filled in advance in the groove between the and the receiving seat 16, and when the liquid sealant is still maintained, the ornament is placed and rotated, and the sealant 20 is discharged from the nozzle N onto the back surface of the ornament. It can also be made to stick. As the fixing ring 19, a ring whose lower surface is slightly raised inward to form a gap with the ornament 15 as shown in FIG. 7 can also be used. The rotation speed of the ornament 15 may be adjusted according to the viscosity when discharging the sealant 20.

In addition, the sealant 20 sticks to the inner surface of the stopper rib 13 due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the whole body, and also prevents overflow by the fixing ring 19, and also fills into the groove on the inner surface of the cover body 10 and hardens. , ornament) 15, and uniformly adheres and hardens without creating a gap.
