Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は筒状樹脂フィルム製品を袋詰めする際(:用い
られる袋詰横シール機構(二関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来より実施されている筒状樹脂フィルムによる袋詰横
シールのシール切断装置は、例えば本発明出願人に係る
実願昭56−54552号(実開昭57−167815
号)1:開示されるものがある。これは第4図(二示す
ようf二、装置10において、円筒状フィルム11の送
りローラー20.20このローラー20下部f:同調し
て回転するシゴキロール13.13このシゴキロール1
3.13の下部に熱ンールに必要な間隔を置いて、熱シ
ール装置14.14及びこの熱シール位t 14.14
の下部に熱シール部16の巾に略等しい距離をずらせて
切断装置15.15が配設される。シゴキロール13.
13熱シール装置14.14切断装置f15゜15は、
それぞれ水平方向C=接近離反用のシリンダー等による
移動手段13a 14a 15aを有する。又ンゴキロ
ール13.13がフィルム11内の充填物12を分割し
て閉じたまま回転し、一定のピッチのフィルム11を送
った後、熱シール装置を作動させるタイマ一手段(図示
せず)が配装される。更に、熱シール後熱シール装置1
4.14が開き、熱シール部16をその巾だけ下方向に
送り、切断する時間だけ、シゴキロール13.13の回
転を間歇的f:続行停止する手段(図示せず)が配装さ
れる。
この装置を使用して袋詰切断する場合について第5図(
a) (b) (C) (d)を参照して説明する。
第5図(a)は筒状フィルムが熱シール後切断を終了し
、シゴキロール13.13が開いてフィルム11内の充
填物(液体)が底部迄充満した状態を示される。
第5図(b)はシゴキロール13.13が閉じて充填物
12を分割し袋詰の1ヶ分を袋詰11jL l二封入し
た状態を示す。この時、熱シール装置14.14及びシ
ール切断装置15.15は開いた状態にある。
第5図(C)は、シゴキロール13.13が閉じた状態
で回転し、筒状フィルム1工が密着状態で下降し、袋詰
11aが熱シール装置14.14の下迄来た時停止し、
熱シール装置14.14が閉じて筒状フィルム密着部1
1を熱シールする。
第5図(d)は、熱シール後熱シール装置14.14は
開き、シゴキロール13.13の回転によって円周wb
だけ間歇的C二、フィルム11をwaだけ下降させ、停
止すると切断装置15.15が閉じて、シール部16を
切断する。
従来のこの横シール切断装置15.15は、第6図(二
拡大して示す様に、一方には、突出した切断刃15b、
他方は凹状の受部工5cが形成され、フィルム11の熱
シール部16を熱シール直後(−切断刃15bと受部1
5Cにより切断すると同時に、挟持(破線)して16を
加圧シリンダー15aで加圧する。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
従来のこの切断装[15,15は、対面部15P、 1
5Pで、フィルム11のシール部16を挟持加圧する前
1:、すでに切断作用が始まり、また加圧後に切断する
装置15も冷岬段がない為、シール部の冷却が必ずしも
充分とはいえなかった。従って、シール強度も、最高の
強度を確保し得ない場合も発生した。
また、この切断装! 15.15に冷却効果を追加した
としても、シリンダー等の加圧では、加圧は不充分であ
り、カム等の構造の場合C二は、一定加圧機構であり、
フィルム11の厚み及び、フィルム11の多様化する構
成等による加圧条件を対応する事ができない場合が有り
、シール強度も最高の強さを確保し得ない場合も発生し
た。
さらに、従来の切断装置は先に切断作用が始まったため
加圧(:よるシール強度の向上が必ずしも充分とはいえ
なかった。
加圧後切断する方法も、同様に冷却を完全(二行なう事
ができず、又、加圧に付いては、多様化するフィルム材
質に対応不可能な機構構造であった。
本発明は上記従来の問題点を解消し、横シール切断装置
に於て、横シール部の加圧圧力を多様化するフィルムに
合わせ、無限の加圧力を得る加圧機構を提供し、また、
横シール部の加圧冷却切断部も同様に、無限の加圧力と
強制冷却切断装置を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
上記問題点を解決する本発明の手段は、筒状フィルムに
製品を封入し桶シールして袋詰製品を製造する装置(=
使用される袋拮横シール機構(=おいて、該袋詰シール
切断用は袋詰シール切断用の一対の加圧熱シール装置と
該加圧熱シール装置の直下(:配設された一対の加圧冷
却加圧切断装置とを有し、該加圧熱シール装置および該
加圧冷却加圧切断装置はそれぞれ一対のリンクバー機構
を備え該リンクバー機構によりその加圧力は無限C二増
大可能であり、該加圧熱シール装置は熱シール用の加熱
手段を有し、一対の該加圧冷却加圧切断装置はそれぞれ
の対回面に凹部が形成され、一方の該凹部には出入可能
でかつ加圧冷却後に前記筒状フィルムのシール部を切断
するよう(二構成された切断刃を有することを特徴とす
る袋詰償シール機構であり、また、前記リンクバー機構
は一端が駆動手段(=結合され他端において第2リンク
および第3リンクそれぞれの一端と回動自在に結合され
た第1リンクを有し、該第2リンクの他端は定位置にお
いて回動自在(=支持され、該第3リンクの他端に前記
加圧熱シール装置あるいは前記加圧冷却加圧切断装置に
回動自在C二結合され、該第1リンクの移1kJJによ
り該第2リンクおよび第3リンクが互に曲折状態から直
線状態に近づくよう構成されており、また前記第3リン
ク(二長さ調整手段が装着さhている。
〔作  用〕
上記構成の本発明においては、横シール部は加圧熱シー
ルされ、その直後に加圧冷却され加圧冷却の極面後に加
圧しながら切断される。これら加圧はリンクバー機構C
二より略無限大近い圧力で実施され、フィルムの種類を
問わず、極めて強固なシールが得られる。
〔実 施 例〕
つぎ(二、本発明を実施例により図面を参照して説明す
る。本発明の袋詰横ンール機隋が配設される筒状樹脂フ
ィルムに製品を装置する装置は第4図で説明したものと
、同図の熱シール装置14および切断鋏[15を除いて
略同様である。
第1図は本発明の横シール機構の1実施例の断面図であ
って、横シール機構1は上部に一対の加圧熱シール族[
2,2およびその直下に一対の加圧冷却加圧9J断装置
3.3を有する。これら各一対の装#2.2および3.
3はそれぞれ互に対向して矢印AおよびBで示すように
移動可能である。加熱シール装置2.2はニクロム線ヒ
ーター等の加熱手段2a、 2aを有する。一対の加圧
冷却加圧切断装置3.3はそれぞれの対向面3a、 3
aにおいて開口する凹部3bおよび3b′が形成され、
一方の凹部3b(=はその開口3aより突出して他の凹
部3b′に進入可能な切断力3Cが装置・される。加圧
熱シール族N2,2および加圧冷却加圧切断SiC置3
.3それぞれの対向面には必要(=応じて微細な凹凸P
、P/を形成してもよい。これはこれら装#1.iニー
おいて加圧挟持される樹脂フィルムの加IAおよび冷却
を促進するのに有効である。加圧冷却加圧切断装置1l
i3゜3には循環水冷却等の冷却手段3d、 3dが設
けられる。
一対の加圧熱シール族[2,2はそれぞれ上支持体4,
4に装置され、また一対の加圧冷却加圧切断装置3.3
はそれぞれ下支持体5.5に装着される。
”第2図および第3図は本発明の加圧作動手段を含む1
実施例の上面図であって、加圧作動手段は上記陶装f2
.2および3,3共に同一であるので、ここでは加圧熱
シール族f2.2の場合についてのみ説明する。加圧熱
シール装置2,2はそれぞれ結合手段4a、 4aを介
して上支持体4.4に装着される。一方2個のクランク
6.6が上支持体4,4の近傍定位置にそれぞれ固定し
て配置される。各クランク6.6それぞれの円周部に回
動自在(二第1リンク5a、 5aが取り付けられ、第
1リンク5a、 5aのクランク6.6との取付部の反
対端部に第2リンク6b、 6bおよび第3リンク5c
、 5cがそれぞれ回動自在C:結合される。第2リン
ク6b、 6bの第1 リンク6a、 5aとの結合部
の反対端6b′、6b′はそれぞ九回動自在に固定位f
C:配置される。第3リンク5c、 5cの第1リンク
6a、 (iaとの結合部との反対端5c’、 6C/
はそれぞれ結合部材4b、 4bを介して回動自在(二
上支持体4.4に結合される。
この装置により筒状樹脂フィルム1:製品を封入して熱
シールするには第5図(a)爬) 、 (C) 、 (
d)で説明したと同様に、従来の熱シール装置1414
の代りに本発明の加圧熱シール装着2.2を従来の切断
装置15.15の代り(二本発明の加圧冷却加圧切断装
置3,3を使用する。
′$2図に示すように筒状樹脂フィルムFが加圧熱シー
ル装置2.2の間にくるとクランク6.6が回転し、そ
れ(=伴なって第1リンク6a、 6aが矢印D、Dで
示すように降下し、第3図C二足すよう(:第2リンク
6b、 6bと第3リンク5c、 5cがそれぞれ一直
線になるよう(二なる。この動作により加圧熱シール装
着2,2は上支持体4.4を介して筒状樹脂フィルムF
を挟持し強力に加圧しつつ熱シールする。加圧熱シール
装着2.2(二より加圧熱シールされた筒状樹脂フィル
ムFは降下し、直ちに加圧熱シール装着2.2の直下に
ある加圧冷却加圧切断装置3.3に挟持され熱シール部
は加圧冷却されつつ切断刃3Cにより切断される。
上記実施例における第1リンク5a、 5aの作動にク
ランク6.6を用いるが、これの代りに液体あるいは空
気圧シリンダを使用することも可能である。
また第3リンク6c、 5c (あるいは第2リンク6
b。
6b)に逆ねじを有するボルト等の長さ調整手段7゜7
を必要に応じて装置することが望ましい。本発明のクラ
ンク6(あるいはシリンダ)、第1.第2、第39ンク
6a、 6b、 6cを用いる抑圧機構は加圧熱シール
装置2.2および加圧冷却加圧切断装#3.3の加圧力
を略無限大近く迄増大できる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明は筒状フィルム(二製品を封入して横シール切断
する場合、加圧熱シール装置の強力な加圧手段C;より
強力な加圧をしつつ熱シールし、加圧冷却加圧切断装置
により強力な加圧冷却加圧切断を実施するので、シール
強度を向上させ、多様化するフィルムC:対し対応でき
、またシール部冷却(=おいても無限大(−近い強力な
加圧力と強制冷却を与えてシール強固の一層の増大をは
かると共(二加圧切断(二よりシール部の切断部のシー
ルを完全C二することができる。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)筒状フィルムに製品を封入し横シールして袋詰製
    品を製造する装置に使用される袋詰横シール機構におい
    て、該袋詰横シール機構は袋詰シール切断用の一対の加
    圧熱シール装置と該加圧熱シール装置の直下に配設され
    た一対の加圧冷却加圧切断装置とを有し、該加圧熱シー
    ル装置および該加圧冷却加圧切断装置はそれぞれ一対の
    リンクバー機構を備え該リンクバー機構によりその加圧
    力は無限に増大可能であり、該加圧熱シール装置は熱シ
    ール用の加熱手段を有し、一対の該加圧冷却加圧切断装
    置はそれぞれの対向面に凹部が形成され、一方の該凹部
    には出入可能でかつ加圧冷却後に前記筒状フィルムのシ
    ール部を切断するように構成された切断刃を有すること
    を特徴とする袋詰横シール機構。
  2. (2)前記リンクバー機構は一端が駆動手段に結合され
    他端において第2リンクおよび第3リンクにそれぞれの
    一端と回動自在に結合された第1リンクを有し、該第2
    リンクの他端は定位置において回動自在に支持され、該
    第3リンクの他端に前記加圧熱シール装置あるいは前記
    加圧冷却加圧切断装置に回動自在に結合され、該第1リ
    ンクの移動により該第2リンクおよび第3リンクが互に
    曲折状態から直線状態に近づくよう構成される特許請求
    の範囲第1項記載の袋詰横シール機構。
  3. (3)前記第3リンクに長さ調整手段が装着された特許
    請求の範囲第2項記載の袋詰横シール機構。
