Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電熱ヒーターを埋め込んだ鍋状の焼板に被
せる蓋の中央に貯水槽を設け、餃子を焼く電力の
余熱を利用し、焼加工の際に必要な水の温度を高
めて置くようにした構造。 (2) この貯水槽を跨ぐ取手の中央に押ボタン式
の注水開放器を取り付け、このボタンを押すと水
槽内の熱湯が鍋の中に落下し蒸気化して餃子を蒸
し上げる様にした装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求第２項の押ボタンによる
水槽の落下孔の開閉弁は、スプリングで圧し上げ
ている注水用の押ボタンに連結してあるシヤフト
の先端に取り付けてあつて、圧着面が擂鉢状に作
つた底面の縁に圧着されていて長期に使用しても
漏水しない様にした構造。 (4) 金属製胴体の側面に取付部分をブリツジ状
にした取手を左右に取付け実用新案登録請求の第
１項に記載する蓋を離脱する際に立て掛ける事が
出来るようにした構造。 (5) 以上の各項を一項又は数項の条件を具備し
た電気式餃子鍋。
