ト的にも高くなる欠点がある。 In general, this type of window frame has a complex uneven cross-sectional shape with protrusions or grooves that guide the opening and closing of the window, so it is usually assembled using extrusion molded materials such as aluminum sash. . However, with this extruded material, the desired uneven cross-sectional shape can be obtained all at once, but since it can only be molded directly, multiple extruded materials are cut to a predetermined length.
They were assembled vertically and horizontally, and the joint corners were welded or screwed together to form a framework.
For this reason, it is easy to form the shape material, but it requires cutting and drilling screw holes with a drill, and the dimensions must be determined accurately, making assembly work extremely troublesome. The presence of joints at the joints of parts creates an unsightly appearance, and if gaps are created at the joints due to dimensional errors or poor assembly, there is a risk that rainwater may infiltrate.
Furthermore, when a window frame made of the above-mentioned profiled material is fitted into the window frame and the window is to be locked with a locking device, a key engaging fitting must be made separately and attached to the window frame, and its installation is difficult. It is also troublesome and has the drawback of increasing costs.

示すような窓枠が構成される。 This idea was made with the aim of solving the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and involves combining and joining together a plurality of circumferentially seamless window frame constituent members made of integrally molded materials such as reinforced plastics to each other in the cross-sectional width direction. The window frame has a plurality of protrusions on its inner peripheral surface, and a hole in which a key of a window locking device engages is formed in the inner protrusion located on the window closing end side by simultaneous molding. It is characterized by being integrally provided. An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a front view of the entire window frame into which sliding windows A and B are fitted. Constructed by combining and joining in the width direction. Each of the above window frame components 10, 20, and 30 is integrally molded by compression molding using reinforced plastic such as FRP as a raw material, and has a structure that is seamlessly continuous over the entire circumference, that is, horizontal upper and lower sides. The left and right side portions 1c and 1d perpendicular to the portions 1a and 1b are all continuous and integrated. Next, to explain in detail the cross-sectional shape of each of the window frame constituent members 10, 20, and 30, the inner window frame constituent member 10 is
, an inner waterproof ridge 12 that projects inwardly at right angles to the frame substrate 11, and an edge 13 that projects outwardly at right angles to the frame substrate 11.
The outer window frame component 30 has a frame substrate 31 with a stepped joint surface 31a formed on the inner circumferential side;
Continuous surrounding frame protrusions 32 of the window opening/closing guide strip 32a and the door stop fitting strip 32b protrude at right angles from the outer end side of the frame substrate 31 toward the inner peripheral surface side, and the frame substrate 31
The window frame component 20 has a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and is composed of an outer water cutting edge 33 projecting diagonally toward the outer circumferential direction from the outer end side of the window frame member 20, and an intermediate window frame component 20 has a frame substrate 21, A window opening/closing guide strip 22a protrudes inwardly from the widthwise central portion of the frame substrate 21 at right angles.
and the continuous surrounding frame protrusion 22 of the door stop fitting strip 22b, which has a generally T-shaped cross section. The frame substrate 21 of the intermediate member 20 includes an inner protrusion 23 and an outer protrusion 24 that protrude in a stepwise manner both inside and outside with respect to the protrusion 22, and a step is provided on the inner peripheral surface side of the inner protrusion 23. A joint surface 23a is provided. Then, the inner member 10 and the intermediate member 20 are combined and fitted together so that the frame substrate 11 of the inner member 10 overlaps the substrate joint surface 23a of the intermediate member 20, and the joint surfaces are bonded together, Further, the intermediate member 20 and the outer member 30 are combined and fitted together so that the substrate protrusion 24 of the intermediate member 20 overlaps with the substrate joint surface 31a of the outer member 30, and the joint surfaces are bonded to each other. A window frame as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is constructed.

成形によつて一体的に設けている。 The window frame structure described above is almost the same as that related to Japanese Patent Application No. 56-27827 previously filed by the present applicant, but this invention adds the following structure to the window frame of the earlier invention. It is characterized by: That is, this invention provides a locking protrusion 1 having a hole 14 in which a key pawl 41 of a window crescent 40 engages in a part of the inner protrusion 12 located on the window closing end side of the window frame component 10.
5 are integrally provided by simultaneous molding as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, and can be similarly applied to the case where the cross-sectional shape of the window frame 1 is as shown in FIG. 7. FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of the window frame of a portion corresponding to FIG. 2
Window frame component 10 with L-shaped cross section having 2 and 32
4 and 105 are combined and joined as shown in the figure, and a locking protrusion 15 similar to that described above is integrally formed on the inner protrusion 12 portion of the window frame constituent member 103 by simultaneous molding. It is set as follows.

In the embodiments described above, the window opening/closing guide strips 22a, 32a of the window frame constituent members 20, 30 are
, the present invention is shown in a double sash type window frame in which windows A and B having window frames are fitted, but between the window opening/closing guide strips 22a and 32a of the window frame constituent members 10, 20, and 30. The present invention can also be applied to a single sash type window frame in which the space between the window opening/closing guide strip 22a and the waterproof inner protrusion 12 is formed as a window guide groove. In this case, a glass run that allows the window to open and close smoothly and has sealing properties is provided in the space that will serve as the window guide groove, and a glass run that allows the window to open and close smoothly and has sealing properties is provided, and the guide groove between the window opening and closing guide strips 22a and 32a and the window opening and closing guide strip 22a are used for waterproofing. The guide grooves between the guide grooves and the inner protrusions 12 are preferably formed at the same height, and the windows A and B fitted in the guide grooves may be constructed only of window gas without window frames.

なく、コスト的にも有利である。 Since the window frame of this invention has the above-mentioned structure, it can be manufactured and assembled easily and reliably even though it has a complicated uneven cross-sectional shape into which sliding windows etc. can be opened and closed. At the same time, it is possible to provide a product with excellent watertightness, strong structure, and good appearance with no seams in the corner portions at a relatively low cost. In particular, in this invention, the hole for engaging the key pawl of the window lock device is integrally formed on the window closing end side of the window frame by simultaneous molding, so it is not necessary to make the key locking engagement fitting separately as in the past. There is no need to attach it to the window frame, which is advantageous in terms of cost.
