Generally, this type of window frame has a complex uneven cross-sectional shape with several protrusions or guide grooves like guide rails for guiding window opening/closing, so it is assembled using extrusion molded materials such as aluminum sash. It is the Lord who is However, with this extruded material, the desired uneven cross-sectional shape can be obtained all at once, but it can only be formed straight, so multiple extruded materials are cut to the desired length and arranged in the circumferential direction, such as up, down, left and right. They were assembled into a frame shape by connecting them to each other with screws. For this reason, although it is easy to mold the material, it is necessary to cut the material and drill the screw holes, and the dimensions must be determined accurately, making the assembly work with the screws extremely troublesome. The exposed seams at each corner look unsightly, and gaps are often created at the seams due to dimensional errors and other sloppy assembly, reducing product value and causing water leaks such as rainwater. Many problems arose.

Here, the window frame 1 has a total of three window frame constituent members 4, inside, outside, and intermediate as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4.
By combining and joining the windows 5 and 6 in the cross-sectional width direction, the above-mentioned pair of sliding windows 2 and 3 are each configured to have an uneven cross-sectional shape so that they can be opened and closed. Each of the window frame constituent members 4, 5,
6 are made by integrally molding reinforced plastic such as FRP using a compression molding machine (not shown) as a raw material, and each has a structure that is seamlessly continuous over the entire circumference, that is, horizontal upper and lower sides. The left and right sides B and C, which are perpendicular to parts A and B, are all continuous and integrated. Furthermore, each window frame constituent member 4,
5 and 6 in detail, each member 4, 5, and 6 includes frame substrates 4a, 5a, and 6a extending around the entire circumference, and these frame substrates 4.
The intermediate member 5 has a substantially T-shaped cross section, and the inner and outer members 4 , 6 have a substantially L-shaped cross section. The outer member 6 has, over its entire circumference, an overhanging piece 6c having a substantially rectangular cross section and integrally projecting further outward from the outer peripheral edge of the frame substrate 6a. In addition, each of the window frame constituent members 4, 5, and 6 is arranged in order in the cross-sectional width direction, and the respective frame substrates 4a, 5a, and 6a are butted over the entire circumference, overlapped, and bonded, so that each of the protrusions 4
b, 5b, and 6b can be combined and joined in parallel with a predetermined parallel interval. In other words, the frame substrate 4a of the inner member 4 protrudes outward with an L-shaped cross section with respect to the protrusion 4b, and has a joint step-like surface portion that reduces the wall thickness by half, leaving a portion near the protrusion 4b on the inner peripheral surface. 7. Further, the frame substrate 5a of the intermediate member 5 has a substantially T-shaped cross section with respect to the protrusion 5b, and protrudes outwardly and outwardly in a slightly stepped manner, and the outer circumferential surface of the inner protrusion 5a1 and the outer circumference of the outer protrusion 5a2 . Each of the inner circumferential surfaces has joint stepped surface portions 8 and 9 so as to reduce the wall thickness by half, leaving a portion near the intermediate protrusion 5b. Further, the frame substrate 6a of the outer part 6 protrudes inward with an L-shaped cross section with respect to the protrusion 6b, and has a protrusion 6b on its outer peripheral surface.
The structure has a step-like joint surface portion 10 such that the wall thickness is halved, leaving the offset portion. The inner member 4 and the intermediate member 5 are composed of a frame substrate 4a and a frame substrate 5.
The inner protruding portion 5a 1 of a and the mutually joining stepped surface portions 7, 8
The intermediate member 5 and the outer member 6 are joined over the entire circumference by butting and overlapping and bonding so that they match, and the intermediate member 5 and the outer member 6 connect the outer protrusion 5a2 of the frame substrate 5a and the frame substrate 6a to each other at the joining step. By butting and overlapping and bonding so that the shaped surface portions 9 and 10 match, it is possible to join over the entire circumference.

In the window frame 1 having the above-described configuration, each of the window frame constituent members 4, 5, and 6 has the upper, lower, left, and right side portions A,
B, C, and D are seamlessly continuous over the entire circumference, but each has a cross section of approximately T with a single line of 4a, 5a, and 6a.
Since they are shaped like a letter or an L, they can be molded very easily in one piece using a normal compression molding machine using a simple mold using reinforced plastics such as FRP as raw materials. The same effect can be achieved even if each of them is curved in an arc shape as shown in FIG. 2, and each is easy to manufacture. Further, as described above, these window frame constituent members 4, 5, and 6 are integrally molded products that are seamlessly continuous over the entire circumference, and each of the frame substrates 4a, 5a, and 6a is connected to the joining stepped surface 7. , 8, 9, and 10 match, and by bonding them all around with adhesive, it is possible to combine and join both the inside and outside in the cross-sectional width direction in order. Compared to window frames that are butt-joined at the corners, the window frame 1 can be assembled very easily and reliably without the need for cutting or drilling, and there are no visible seams on the outside. In addition to being extremely good-looking and superior in design, as mentioned above, each window frame component member 4, 5, 6 is made of FRP molded material.
is seamlessly integrated over the entire circumference, and the frame substrate 4
Since the structure is such that the sections a, 5a, and 6a are joined in the cross-sectional width direction by polymeric adhesion over the entire circumference, it has excellent strength. Moreover, since the sliding windows 2 and 3 have an uneven cross-section with the window opening/closing guiding ridges 5b and 6b and the inner waterproofing ridge 4b, which fit into the sliding windows 2 and 3 so that they can be opened and closed, , 3 as a window frame, and the frame substrates 4a, 5a, 6a are joined to the stepped surface portions 7, 8, 9, 10 in the cross-sectional width direction without any seams at the circumferential corners etc. as in the conventional case. Since they are bonded together with adhesive, they are highly watertight and eliminate the possibility of rainwater leaking.

In addition, when the window frame 1 assembled as described above is assembled, the windows 2 and 3 are fitted at the same time, and with the windows 2 and 3 fitted, the window frame 1 can be screwed, glued, etc. to the body of an automobile, etc. You can install it by hand as appropriate. At this time, as mentioned above, each window frame component 4,
5 and 6 can be molded with a compression molding machine and can be curved as shown in Figure 2, so the window frame 1 can be installed in accordance with the swell of the car body, making it very easy to use. It's advantageous.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and for example, the cross-sectional shapes of the window frame constituent members 4, 5, and 6 and their mutual joining means are shown in FIGS. 5a to 5c.
Various changes may be made as shown in . In other words, FIGS. 5a and 5b show each window frame component 4, 5, 6 frame substrate 4a,
Although the frame substrates 5a and 6a are bonded together with an adhesive, the cross-sectional shapes of the respective frame substrates 4a, 5a, and 6a are different from those of the above embodiments. In the case of FIG. 5c, a large number of dowel-shaped joint protrusions 11 and 12 are integrally formed on both side end surfaces of the frame substrate 5a of the intermediate member 5, and the frame substrates 4a and 6a of the inner and outer members 4 and 6 are opposed to this. The structure is such that dowel-shaped joining recesses 13 and 14 are formed on the end faces of the two, and the two are fitted and bonded together.

Further, the window frame of the present invention is not limited to a rectangular shape, but can be made into a diamond shape, a round shape, etc. depending on the shape of the windows 2 and 3 that fit into the inner periphery. It is also possible to make it applicable to sliding windows, hanging windows, etc. In particular, since there is only one window in single sliding windows, it is sufficient to omit the intermediate member 5, and furthermore, when a rope door is added, opening and closing is possible. When there are three or more items such as windows, two or more intermediate members 5 may be added and combined and joined.

Further, in the window frame of the present invention, each window frame constituent member 4,
Since it is possible to integrally mold protrusions or notches on 5 and 6 or change the cross-sectional shape in the circumferential direction, for example, a plate with a hook hole on which a crescent etc. for locking a window (not shown) can be hooked. are integrally molded on the inner member 4, or the protrusions 4 of each window frame component member 4, 5, 6 are formed on the lower side B of the window frame 1.
By making the inner bottom surface of the groove formed between b, 5b, and 6b slope due to the change in the wall thickness of the frame substrates 4a, 5a, and 6a, and providing a discharge hole at the lowest point of the slope, It is possible to drain rainwater etc. that has entered the groove in a certain direction so that it can be drained smoothly from one or two places, and furthermore, the canopy often seen on cars etc. can be directed outward at the upper side of the outer member 6. It is possible to perform integral protrusion molding. Incidentally, the above-mentioned drainage holes or other screw holes can be constructed by integrally molding cutouts in the frame substrates to be joined to each other, without the need for drilling with a drill as in the conventional method. In addition, since the overall coloring can be done freely during molding, it is possible to obtain a product with an appropriate color depending on the application, such as an automobile.

As described above, the present invention provides a plurality of windows each having an L-shaped or T-shaped cross section, each of which has a frame substrate that extends seamlessly around the entire circumference and a single protrusion on the inner peripheral surface of the frame substrate for guiding window opening/closing. Since the structure is made up of a combination of frame components, each of the window frame components can be easily molded into one piece using reinforced plastic material suitable for the window frame without any difficulty such as cutting out molds, making it extremely easy to manufacture. It is easy to use, and each member has considerable rigidity. In addition, the multiple window frame constituent members are assembled together in the cross-sectional width direction, so that each frame board is closely aligned with the inner and outer peripheries of the adjacent ones. Since they are joined by polymerization bonding in the plane direction, assembly is very simple and reliable, and the mutual bonding strength of each window frame component is high, making the entire window frame extremely strong and improving safety. In addition, it is now possible to obtain a highly accurate window frame with no dimensional errors, and each of the window frame constituent members has an annular shape that extends seamlessly around the entire circumference. The window frame constituent member arranged on the outermost side of the window has an overhang piece integrally and continuously continuous over the entire circumference on the outer peripheral surface side of the frame substrate, and the window frame constituent member arranged on the opposite inner side of the window. Since this frame substrate is polymerized and bonded to at least the outer circumferential surface side of the frame substrate of the window frame constituent members disposed outside of it, the joints and joints between the window frame constituent members can be seen from the inside and outside sides of the window. I can't see anything like that,
Not only does it look very nice on the outside, it is also watertight, eliminating concerns about rainwater getting in and leaking.
A window frame with very high commercial value can be obtained, which is particularly advantageous and highly practical for use in vehicles such as buses and wagons.

1. It has a frame substrate that extends seamlessly and continuously around the entire circumference, and a protrusion for guiding window opening/closing that extends seamlessly and continuously throughout the entire circumference and projects integrally in a straight line on the inner peripheral surface side of this frame substrate. A plurality of window frame constituent members are each integrally molded with reinforced plastic material, and these plurality of window frame constituent members are mutually assembled in the cross-sectional width direction so that the respective frame substrates are closely aligned with each other. It has a structure in which the above-mentioned protrusions are connected in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval by polymerization bonding in the direction of the inner and outer circumferential surfaces, and the window frame constituent member disposed on the outermost side of the window is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the frame substrate. The window frame constituent member that has an overhanging piece integrally and seamlessly continuous over the entire circumference on the side and is arranged on the inside of the window opposite to this is the window frame constituent member that is disposed outside of this frame board. What is claimed is: 1. A window frame having a structure in which the frame substrate is polymerized and bonded to at least the outer peripheral surface side of the frame substrate.
