【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、鋳型造型時に消失性模型を補強す

はアガリ7を設けて空気抜きが良好に行なえるよ
うにしてある。さらに、前記鋳造空間部6内に
は、消失性模型8を一帯にくるみもつ鋳型、すな
わち中子9が配設してあり、型支持10によつて
所定位置に保持している。

8の位置はあまり正確ではなく、仮に正確な位置
にセツトされたとしても砂を吹込んで中子9を造
型する過程で位置ずれを起し、結果として精度の
良い中子9が造型できないことがあるという問題
を有していた。また、消失性模型8は、比較的脆
弱な素材で成形してあるため、とくに薄肉部分な
どが、充填した砂によつて変形したり、破損した
りすることがあるという問題点を有していた。

を製作するのであるが、その吹込み圧によつて消
失性模型27が中子に対してずれるようなことが
なく精度良く中子の造型ができる。更に、この構
造では補強部材26が消失性模型27を補強する
役割を果すため、特に薄肉の消失性模型27など
の場合には変形および破損の防止になる。なお、
該消失性模型27の突出部27′に予め前記補強
部材26が入る孔をあけておくことも望ましい。

を防止することができ、その結果として、より精
度の高い鋳造製品を得ることができるようになる
というすぐれた効果を有すると共に、また、作業
性の点でも能率の向上が期待できるという効果を
有するものである。
