- 外周にダイヤモンド粒子を固着し、かつ外周に
軸方向に延出する多数の凹溝を形成した仕上げホ
ブを設け、この仕上げホブをホブ盤に取付けると
ともに、該仕上げホブに歯形状ワークの硬化処理
された歯部を噛合させたことを特徴とする歯形状
ワークの仕上げ加工装置。
