Conventionally, this type of test method, for example, for brake hoses, etc., involves fixing one end of the test hose and moving the other end back and forth, thereby repeatedly bending the hose between the minimum and maximum curvature when installed on an actual vehicle. It was generated and carried out. However, in this method, the bending motion part is not constant and fluctuates during the process in which the hose transitions between the minimum curvature and the maximum curvature. Therefore, it is difficult to set the desired distortion. In addition, in order to systematically summarize data, if you try to use the initial curvature, curvature width (difference between the maximum curvature and minimum curvature), etc. as standards, it is necessary to change the length of the hose or change the swing width each time. The work efficiency was poor.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a dynamic hose test that allows comparable test data to be obtained even when test conditions such as initial curvature, curvature width, and hose length are different, and that facilitates systematic compilation of test data. The object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus thereof.

The gist of the present invention is that when testing the dynamic physical properties of a hose by repeatedly generating bending motion in the middle part of the test hose, one end of the hose is held on a fixed member, and the other end of the hose is held between the fixed member and the test hose. It is held by a swinging member that has a swing axis on a bisector line, and the other end of the hose is caused to swing in an arc of a predetermined width from an arbitrary angle so that the bending part is always at a position that roughly bisects the hose. A method for dynamically testing a hose, and an apparatus for use in this test method, wherein the fixed member and the swinging member are disposed opposite to each other, and
The swinging member is provided in a hose dynamic testing device that is equipped with an angle/swing width adjusting means capable of swinging in a circular arc from any angle to a predetermined swing width.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a fixed member 1 is fixed to a pedestal 3 via arms 2, 2, and a swinging member 5 that swings in an arc integrally projects outward from the arms 6, 6. It is held by bearings 8, 8 mounted on the pedestal 3 via provided swing shafts 7, 7. Fixed member 1
The swinging members 2 and 2 are facing each other, each has a plate shape, and has a plurality of mounting holes 9 (5 in the example shown) so that the male threaded part of the joint of the test hose H can be fastened with a nut.
The arms 2, 2 or 6, 6 can be opened at any position equidistant from the axes of the swing shafts 7, 7.
It can be fixed by sliding the top. That is, the swing axis lies on the bisector between the fixed member 1 and the swing member 5. Furthermore, one end of the swing shaft 7 protrudes from the bearing 8 so that it can swing integrally with the swing disk 10. The rocking disk 10 is adapted to interlock with a crank plate 12 via a crank rod 11. At this time, the swinging disk 10 is provided with an arc-shaped elongated hole 13, and the crank plate 12 is provided with a plurality of crank rod mounting holes 15 on the same radius, each having an arbitrary initial angle (initial curvature) and a predetermined The swing width (curvature width) can be adjusted. Note that the swing mechanism is not limited to the crank mechanism described above, and a piston mechanism or the like may be used.

First, the crank rod 11 is adjusted to correspond to the set swing width.
One end is fixed to the mounting hole 15 of the crank plate, and the other end is fixed to the elongated hole 13 of the swing plate so that the arm 6 of the swing member is at the initial setting angle at the rear dead center position. For example, the initial angle is 0° in FIG. 3 and 30° in FIG.

and the swinging member 5, respectively, at positions equidistant from the axis of the swinging shaft 7, and then fixing both ends of the hose H to the fixed member 1 and the swinging member 5 using nuts, respectively, to obtain the required number of hoses. Set H in the test equipment.

In this state, the test device is operated to drive the crank plate 12 in an ozone atmosphere or the like. Then, the arm 6 of the swinging member swings together with the swinging plate 10 (usually 30
~300cpm), and the swinging member 5 moves from an arbitrary initial angle to a predetermined swinging width (Fig. 3; 0° to 30°; Fig. 4; 30°).
90°). At this time,
Since the swinging axis of the swinging member 5 is on the bisector between the swinging member 5 and the fixed member 1, the bending motion part of the hose H is always located at a position that substantially bisects the hose H. in this way,
The hose H is repeatedly subjected to bending motions that match set conditions such as the initial angle and swing width at the same location. Furthermore, if the bending movement part is placed away from the approximately bisecting position of the hose, the forces applied to the bending movement part from both sides will not be balanced, so the bending movement part will tend to fluctuate and may even be affected by other parts. Bending motion is also likely to occur.

Since the dynamic testing method and apparatus of the present invention have the above configuration and method, initial curvature, curvature width,
Comparable test data can be obtained even if test conditions such as hose length are different, making it easy to systematically summarize test data. Furthermore, the initial curvature can be set to 0, and data over a wider range can be obtained.
