補助通紙手段（通紙パイプ）、１２：リードイン
ロール、１３：リターンロール、１４：ワイヤー
下ピツト、１５：メクラ板、１６：耳紙送り用ノ
ズル部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ワイヤーパート１からプレスパート２への
    通紙の際に、ワイヤー３上に設けた耳切シヤワー
    ４で湿紙５の前耳部からカツトされた細巾の耳紙
    をサクシヨンクーチロール６の内部に設けたエア
    ーノズル７から噴出する気流に乗せてプレスフエ
    ルト８上へ通紙する方式の長網多筒式抄紙機にお
    いて、該エアーノズルによりサクシヨンクーチロ
    ールの表面９と耳紙の間に若干の空気を介在させ
    た耳紙をワイヤーから浮かせ且つプレスフエルト
    上に送るべく、エアーノズルとワイヤーがサクシ
    ヨンクーチロールから離れるまでの間に、耳紙の
    両外側に向かつてエアーを紙面にほぼ垂直に噴射
    できる少なくとも２個のノズル部１０を有する補
    助通紙手段１１を設けたことを特徴とする長網多
    筒式抄紙機。 (2) プレスパートのリードインロール１２の上
    方に向かつてエアーを噴射できる複数のノズル部
    を有する上記の補助通紙手段及び／または別なる
    補助通紙手段を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の抄紙機。
