る。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to the improvement of synthetic resin rain gutter parts such as rain gutter joints and water collectors, and is molded with resin injected from a gate at the center of the width direction on the back side of the bottom. The upper edges of the synthetic resin gutter-like body 1 are integrally connected by a horizontal bar 2, and the wall thickness t 1 of the part from the center of the gutter-like body 1 in the width direction to the upper end of one side and the center in the width direction A wall thickness difference is provided between the wall thickness t2 of the part from t2 to the upper end of the other side, and the resin injected from the central gate reaches the boundary between the upper edge of the thinner side of the gutter-like body 1 and the horizontal bar 2. This purpose relates to a synthetic resin rain gutter component in which the above-mentioned wall thickness difference is set so that the weld line D is formed by merging at a position where the wall of the gutter-like body 1 is thinner. However, the present invention provides a synthetic resin rain gutter component that can prevent damage to the horizontal bars by locating the weld line unevenly on the thinner side than the boundary between the upper edge of the thinner side of the gutter-like body and the horizontal bars. There is something to do.

う欠点がある。 In general, for rain gutter parts such as rain gutter joints and water collectors that have a gutter-like body 1, the upper edges of the gutter-like body 1 are integrally connected by a horizontal bar 2 to prevent deformation. In this case, since the conventional gutter-like body 1 has equal wall thickness on both the left and right sides, when molding, the gutter-like body 1 is moved from the center gate in the width direction on the back side of the bottom surface in the direction of arrow A in FIG. When the resin is injected, the resin flow branches left and right in the directions of arrows B and B, and merges approximately at the longitudinal center of the horizontal bar 2, creating a so-called weld line C. This weld line C is brittle and easily breaks because the resin flows merge at low temperatures, but if the weld line C occurs in the center of the relatively narrow horizontal bar 2, the length of the weld line C is short and the horizontal bar 2 has the disadvantage of breaking when force is applied.

部である。 The present invention is intended to overcome these conventional drawbacks, and will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 2 shows an example of a square rain gutter joint, in which the upper edges of the square gutter body 1 are integrally connected by a horizontal bar 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the gutter-like body 1 has a wall thickness t 1 from the gate position in the widthwise center of the bottom back side of the gutter-like body 1 to the upper end of one side, and a wall thickness t 1 from the gate position to the upper end of the other side. The wall thickness of the part t2 is made different. In other words
t 1 <t 2 , and in FIG. 4, the wall thickness t 1 on the left side is thinner, and the wall thickness t 2 on the right side is thicker. Also horizontal bar 2
The width in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is gradually changed from one side to the other. In other words, the width is gradually increased from the upper end of the thinner side of the gutter-like body 1 to the upper end of the thicker side. In the case of the one shown in FIG. 2, the gutter-like body 1 has a double structure of an inner gutter portion 3 and an outer gutter portion 4, and the connecting rain gutter is sandwiched between the inner and outer gutter portions 3 and 4. 5 is a partition part, and 6 is an ear holding part.

ある。 Figure 5 also shows rain gutter outlets 7, 7 at both ends of the gutter-like body.
This is an example of a water collector having a substantially gutter-like shape, in which there is a difference in wall thickness between one side and the other side from the center in the width direction on the back side of the bottom surface of the gutter-like body 1. The upper edges of the rain gutter insertion ports 7, 7 are connected by a horizontal bar 2 whose width perpendicular to the longitudinal direction gradually changes. In this case, the thickness of the horizontal bar 2 may be changed as shown in FIG. 8 is a trap.

て流れるようになる。 The rain gutter component constructed as described above is molded by injection molding of synthetic resin as follows. When resin is injected into the mold from a position corresponding to the center of the back side of the bottom surface of the gutter-like body 1, the flow of the resin is divided into right and left sides. At this time, the resin flows more easily toward the thicker part of the gutter-like body 1 and the resin flows faster, and at the same time, the resin is less likely to flow toward the thinner-walled part of the gutter-like body 1 and the resin flows more slowly. Become. Therefore, the trough-like body 1
The resin reaches the upper end of the gutter-like body 1 first, and the resin flows from this upper end into the horizontal bar 2 to form the horizontal bar 2. After the horizontal bar 2 is formed, the resin reaches the upper end of the gutter-like body 1. The slower-flowing resin on the thinner side of the trough-like body 1 and the resin flowing from the horizontal bar 2 are thinner than the boundary between the upper edge of the thinner side of the trough-like body 1 and the horizontal bar 2. They meet up at the position where they enter the side. As a result, no weld line is formed on the horizontal bar 2, and the thinner upper part of the trough-like body 1 is
They are joined by a long weld line D as shown by the dashed line in FIGS. Therefore, there is no weld line D in the horizontal bar 2, so there is no risk of the horizontal bar 2 breaking, and since the length of the part joined at the weld line D is long, the risk of breaking at this part is reduced. Also, as in the embodiment, by changing the width of the horizontal bar 2 or changing the thickness of the horizontal bar 2, the width of the horizontal bar 2 can be changed.
If the cross-sectional area perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is gradually increased from the upper end of the thinner wall of the trough-like body 1 to the upper end of the thicker wall of the trough-like body 1, the trough-like body 1 The resin flowing from the thicker side of the gutter body 1 flows more smoothly toward the upper part of the thinner side of the gutter-like body 1.

れも少なくなるという利点がある。 In the present invention, as mentioned above, there is a difference in the wall thickness between the widthwise center of the gutter-like body and the top end of one side, and the wall thickness between the widthwise center and the top end of the other side. Because of this, when resin is injected and molded from the center gate in the width direction on the bottom back surface of the gutter-like body, the flow on the thicker side becomes faster and the flow on the thinner side becomes slower. The resin on the thicker and faster-flowing side flows smoothly, and this resin forms a horizontal bar, and the resin on the thinner side from the boundary between the upper edge of the thinner side of the trough and the horizontal bar. The slow-flowing resin at the entry point and the fast-flowing resin that passed through the horizontal bar merge, and unlike conventional methods, a weld line does not form on the relatively narrow horizontal bar, causing the horizontal bar to break. Moreover, since the weld line is formed long on the thinner upper part of the trough-like body, there is an advantage that there is less risk of breakage at the weld line.
