ネ材の弾力に抗する伸長にて離間方向へ移動し、
同バネ材の弾力に従う収縮にて接近方向へ移動す
る如く対向並置すると共に、両キヤリア形成ボデ
イ間に上記離間及び接近動を案内する案内部材を
設け、上記両キヤリア形成ボデイの対向間隔にて
上記伸縮バネ材に抗する離間方向への移動により
間隔が拡大されてＩＣパツケージの収嵌を許容し
上記伸縮バネ材に従う接近方向への移動により間
隔が縮小されてＩＣパツケージを保持するＩＣ収
