却効果は非常に少ない。そして最も熱を発生する
刃物は単に座金を介して間接的に冷却されるだけ
であり、刃物本体の冷却効果はほとんど期待出来
ない程だつた。

けてある。該長溝34の長さは第2図に示すよう
に内方端が前記フランジ板24の環状座ぐり部3
0内に位置し、かつ外方端がフランジ板24の外
方へはみ出る位置にある。更に間座26は第5〜
5A図に示すようにその両側面に実質的にフラン
ジ板24の環状座ぐり部30と同様の寸法形状を
もつ環状座ぐり部36が設けてある。またこの環
状座ぐり部36の中央付近には複数の貫通孔38
が設けてある。間座26と、フランジ板24とに
設けた座ぐり部36,30及び孔38,32の大
きさ及び数などは加工上同一であることが好まし
いがそれは必須事項ではない。

よつて丸鋸刃先が冷却されることとなる。第1及
び2図において、丸鋸刃先近傍に負圧が発生する
と、主軸20付近の空気が両フランジ板24の孔
32から回転刃物内部へ吸引される。吸引された
空気は一部がフランジ板24内側の座ぐり部30
へ、また一部は更に丸鋸22の長溝34を介して
間座26に至り該間座26の座ぐり部36内へ集
積される。更にまたその一部は該間座26の貫通
孔38を介して別の丸鋸が接している側の間座座
ぐり部36へ集積すると同時に又その一部は同時
に丸鋸22の長溝34を介して更に隣接する間座
へ流入していく。こうしてフランジ板24及び間
座26の環状座ぐり部30,36へ集積された空
気は次いで丸鋸22自体に設け第2図に示すよう
に半径方向外方端がフランジ板及び間座より露出
している長溝34を介して引出され、この引出さ
れた空気が直接的に全ての丸鋸22の切削端に接
触する。このため本願では主軸周辺の空気が刃物
の回転に伴なつて丸鋸の切削縁をその両側より冷
却する機能を生じるものである。

業状態を維持できる実用上極めて有用な考案を提
供するものである。
