外線透過窓の取付け構造の一実施例を示す要部断
面図、第２図は赤外線検知器を説明するための要
部断面図、第３図は従来の赤外線検知器の赤外線
透過窓の取付け構造を説明するための要部断面図
である。 第１図において、２１は外囲管部、２２は窓取
付け金属部材、２３は高融点半田、２４は赤外線
透過窓、２５はＮｉメツキ層、２６はＡｕメツキ
層をそれぞれ示す。

- 冷却基台上に載置した赤外線検知素子を、該素
子に対向して赤外線透過窓２４を配設した外囲容
器２１により密封してなる検知器の構成において
、上記赤外線透過窓２４の縁端面にニツケル層２
５と金層２６とからなる２層構造の金属層を設け
、該赤外線透過窓２４の縁端面を前記外囲容器２
１の透過窓取付け金属部材２２に高融点半田材２
３を介して気密に接合してなることを特徴とする
赤外線検知器。
