属キャップ番とより気密封止された半導体装置の断面図
である。 尚、図において、１は金属キャップ素材、２はクラッド
Ｎｉ層、３はシールリング素材、４はＡＵメッキ、５は
Ａｕ−Ｎｉ合金層、６はセラミック容器である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属キャップを用いてシームウェルド法により気密封止
    を行なう半導体装置において、前記金属キャップの素材
    の両面にはクラッド法により成形させたニッケル層を有
    し、該素材の厚さと該両面のニッケル層の厚さからなる
    全体の厚さに対して該両面のニッケル層の厚さの合計は
    ５〜２０％であることを特徴とする半導体装置。
