Claims (1)
- 一端が２股に分れ、少数のレーザ光導入用光フ
アイバーと多数の矩形端面を形成するラマン光取
出用光フアイバーを成し、他端が一体の円形端面
に形成され、中心に少数のレーザ光導入用光フア
イバー、その周囲に多数のラマン光取出用光フア
イバーが配置された光フアイバー本体と、照射レ
ーザ光及び試料からのラマン光を試料照射面及び
上記光フアイバー本体他端の円形端面よりわずか
後方へ結像するように配置された集光レンズ、レ
ーザ光を上記少数の光フアイバー端面へ集光する
レーザ集光レンズ、及び上記多数の光フアイバー
の矩形端面からのラマン光を分光器へ集光するラ
マン集光レンズから成ることを特徴とするラマン
測定用光学系。
