As shown in the figure, a groove 3 for storing the rail 1 on the back side of the machine W2
A fixed pawl 4 is provided on one side of the full 3, and a movable pawl 5 that moves forward and backward in a direction perpendicular to the groove 3 via an elastic arm 51 is provided on the other side. The device 2 is held on the T-ru 1 by pressing and pinching the T-ring edges 101 which protrude from both sides.

Due to the fact that the rail 1 is made of aluminum and the thickness of the rail 1 varies widely, it is difficult to expect that the holding force in the longitudinal direction of the rail 1 will be particularly strong. It easily slides and falls off rail 1, or 8 on rail 1! It has drawbacks such as the container 2 rattling.

In cases where electrical equipment is mounted on the rails so that the rails are sandwiched from both sides, a flexible elastic material such as rubber with a high coefficient of friction is placed between the rail and the bottom of the electrical equipment, and the rail When the electrical equipment is installed on top, it is equipped with a circular anti-slip pad that is compressed by the rail and the bottom of the electrical equipment and comes into pressure contact with both the rail and the bottom of the electrical equipment. It is formed to a size that allows it to be temporarily press-fitted into the groove.

This prevents it from getting wet or slipping.

In the figure, 6 is a circular anti-slip pad made of a flexible elastic material with a large coefficient of friction, such as rubber. The distance t to the bottom of the equipment 2 is made larger, and the diameter H is made slightly larger than the FR [h of the rail 1.
It is designed so that it can be press-fitted and held in the groove. The rest of the configuration is the same as the conventional one, so the explanation will be omitted. Note that the anti-slip pad 6 may be provided with irregularities around its circular shape as shown in FIG. 1(b).

。Next, the manner in which the electrical equipment 2 is attached to the rail 1 using the anti-slip pad 6 will be described. As shown in Fig. 2, first, the anti-slip pad 6 is press-fitted into the groove of the rail 1.
The fixing claw 4 is hooked onto one edge 101 of the rail 1 in the direction of arrow A. After tightening, when the device 2 is pushed in the direction of arrow B, the movable pawl 5 moves back and forth in the direction of arrow C to close the other edge 10 of the rail 1.
1, the edges 101 on both sides of the rail 1 are compressed and clamped by the fixed claw 4 and the movable claw 5 as shown in FIG. 3, and the equipment 2 is mounted on the rail 1. In the attached state shown in FIG. 3, the anti-slip pad 6 is compressed by the rail 1 and ti[2, and comes into pressure contact with both the rail 1 and the equipment 2. That is, frictional force is generated between the rail 1 and the six anti-slip pads and between the anti-slip pad 6 and the device 2, and the device 2 is firmly held on the rail 1 via the anti-slip pad 6 by this frictional force. Become. Note that when the above-mentioned anti-slip pad 6 is press-fitted onto the rail 1, since the anti-slip pad is circular, there is no need to be particularly conscious of the direction in which it is press-fitted. Incidentally, in the case of a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 7, it cannot be press-fitted and held unless it is assembled in a certain direction.

If you slide on top of the rail and fall off the rail 1, or fall off the rail 1,
1ff2 doesn't wobble. Furthermore, with conventional devices, it was impossible to install the rail 1 vertically because the device 2 would slide and fall due to gravity, but according to the present invention, the device 2 is firmly placed on the rail 1 by the anti-slip pad 6. Since the rail 1 can be held vertically, it is also possible to install the rail 1 vertically, which dramatically expands the flexibility of installation.
゜ □Furthermore, in the present invention, the anti-slip pad is circular and has a diameter larger than the width of the rail so that it can be temporarily press-fitted into the groove of the 17-rule, so that it can prevent ff1fl+ when assembling. The pads do not fall off, and work efficiency is dramatically improved.
