２図は、この考案を鋼板の表面処理槽に適用した
配管系統図、第３図は、第２図は同一の処理槽に
おける従来の配管系統図である。 図中、１０は配管切替装置、１１は切替用曲管
、１４は旋回部、１５，１７はそれぞれ旋回部の
外筒、内筒、２０はシール部、２１，２６はそれ
ぞれシール部の２重筒状体、シール体、２８はシ
ール体のリツプ、３２は旋回駆動部、３５は旋回
駆動部のエアモータである。
２図は、この考案を鋼板の表面処理槽に適用した
配管系統図、第３図は、第２図は同一の処理槽に
おける従来の配管系統図である。 図中、１０は配管切替装置、１１は切替用曲管
、１４は旋回部、１５，１７はそれぞれ旋回部の
外筒、内筒、２０はシール部、２１，２６はそれ
ぞれシール部の２重筒状体、シール体、２８はシ
ール体のリツプ、３２は旋回駆動部、３５は旋回
駆動部のエアモータである。
Claims (1)
- 上流側配管と複数の下流側配管との間に、非直
線状の切替用管体を配置し、外筒の内周に内筒が
液密を保つて旋回自在に内挿された旋回部の外筒
を上流側配管に、内筒を切替用管体の上流側端部
にそれぞれ連結し、切替用管体の下流側端部には
、下流側先端にリツプを有するシール体が２重筒
状体内に液密を保つて軸方向に摺動自在に嵌合さ
れたシール部を連結し、前記切替用管体を旋回部
の中心軸線の周りに旋回させる駆動部を設け、前
記駆動部を介して旋回された切替用管体のシール
部のシール体を伸長させた状態でシール体のリツ
プを、下流側配管のいずれか一つに接続可能な構
成としたことを特徴とする配管切替装置。
