- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 すき間を介して互いに嵌合させ、前記すき間に
環状の封止部材が介装される管状セラミツク部材
の接続構造において、 前記封止部材をその断面形状が高温時にはＣ型
形状となるように形状記憶合金によつて形成し、
前記封止部材の断面形状を当該封止部材の介装時
には当該封止部材をその半径方向に圧縮させた形
状となすようにしたことを特徴とする管状セラミ
ツク部材の接続構造。
