装置断面図である。 １……流体出口、２……弁口、３……弁板、４
……ばね、５……吸着体、６……隔板、７……磁
力発生体、８……遮閉板、１１……弁ケース、１
３……ケース蓋体、１４……空隙、９……流体入
口。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流体出口への弁口に対設されて該弁口を開
    閉する弁板と、この弁板に閉止方向の弾力を附勢
    したばねと、前記弁板を磁石の吸引力により開弁
    方向へ移動させるように該弁板側に設けた吸着体
    に隔板を介して対向固定した磁力発生体、及び前
    記磁力発生体と隔板との間に前記弁体の吸着体に
    対する磁力発生体よりの磁力を遮断させるように
    設けた摺動自在な遮閉板とよりなることを特徴と
    する流体弁装置。 (2) 前記ばねを一端が固定された板ばねにて構
    成すると共に、その板ばねの遊端に前記弁板を取
    付けた前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    流体弁装置。
