Claims (1)
- 有底円筒状ボデーの開口部側端部を、流体圧機
器の流体室を形成する圧力壁に貫装して、当該ボ
デーの内部と上記流体室とを連通連結し、このボ
デーの内部には、当該ボデーの軸方向に移動可能
であつて通常時はばねにより上記流体室側へ突出
付勢され且つ流体圧機器における移動部材の衝当
により上記ばねに抗してボデーの内奥部側へ押動
されるところの作動ロツドを挿入し、この作動ロ
ツドの所要箇所に永久磁石を取付けると共に、こ
の作動ロツドが上記ボデーの内奥部側へ押動され
たとき上記永久磁石に応動して動作する検出手段
を有する位置センサーを上記ボデーの外周辺部に
配備してなることを特徴とする流体圧機器におけ
る移動部材の位置検出装置。
