Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダチユーブの内部を軸方向に摺動するピ
    ストンの入側先端部に設けられた第１の永久磁石
    と、 前記シリンダチユーブの入側端を閉塞する非磁
    性の端板部材によつて当該シリンダチユーブの内
    部と隔てられた検知室と、 前記検知室に収納され且つ前記端板部材側へ付
    勢されるとともに前記ピストンの軸心方向に移動
    可能とされた可動部材と、 前記端板部材を介して前記第１の永久磁石に対
    して同極が対向するように前記可動部材の出側端
    部に設けられた第２の永久磁石と、 発光部及び受光部を有し前記可動部材の位置を
    検知するフオトセンサーと、 を備えてなることを特徴とする流体圧機器のピス
    トン位置検知装置。
