Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スライスすべき食品を載せて手で往復動さ
    せうる略平坦なベツド面と、ベツド面の開口を通
    過し、該往復運動方向に対して略直角な軸を中心
    にして旋回する先端に鋭利縁があるナイフと、ベ
    ツド面の両側にあつてナイフの両側に係合する傾
    斜カム面を備え、縦方向に取り付けられており、
    開口内におけるナイフの角度を加減し、ナイフの
    鋭利先端縁をベツド面との関係において上下させ
    て食品から切り取るスライスの厚みを加減するス
    ライデイングバーと、ナイフがあらかじめ、設定
    した厚みのスライスを切り取るようにスライデイ
    ングバーの位置決めをする手段とからなることを
    特徴するキツチンスライサー。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のキ
    ツチンスライサーにおいて、各スライデイングバ
    ーが一対の対向つがいカム面を形成しており、ナ
    イフブレード端部に亜鉛形カム従動部があり、そ
    の拡大端部がつがいカム面の間にはまつて拘束さ
    れることを特徴とするキツチンスライサー。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
    項に記載のキツチンスライサーにおいて、ベツド
    面の一端の回転ノブがスライデイングバーに接合
    されており、ノブの回転運動がスライデイングバ
    ーの縦方向運動に変換されて開口内におけるナイ
    フの角度が調節されることを特徴とするキツチン
    スライサー。
