- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 薄板状のワークを側方より把持する把持機構と
、この把持機構により把持したワークを所定方向
に移動させる移動機構とを備えた搬送装置におい
て、 前記把持機構が把持したワークの厚さを検出す
る検出手段を設け、この検出手段の検出結果によ
り前記移動機構を制御するようにしたことを特徴
とする搬送装置。
