ドレスト５とシートバツク部３との間に介在して
いる。上記クツシヨン体９は第２図に示すよう
に、少なくとも高さｈが幅Ｗよりも大きな直方体
から成るもので、これは第３図に示すように発泡
ウレタン１０を表皮１１によつて被い、かつ上記
貫通孔７，７，８，８を形成するために上記発泡
ウレタン１０にパイプ１２，１２を装着してい

れた貫通孔８，８に上記ステー６を嵌入してヘツ
ドレスト５とシートバツク部３との間にクツシヨ
ン体９を介在させることにより、幅Ｗの分だけヘ
ツドレストの高さを若干低くすることができる。
この場合も上記の場合と同様身体の首部を前面９
ｂによつて保持することができる。尚、この場
合、貫通孔８と上記前面９ｂとの間隔は首部を良
好に保持することができる大きさに設定されてい
るが、首部の保持力を更に向上させる場合、後面
９ｃが首部側を向くようにクツシヨン体９をセツ
トすれば良い。また第５図に示すように上記クツ
シヨン体９を完全に取去つた場合には、ヘツドレ

クツシヨン体９の安定性を向上できると共に上記
鍔部９ｍが邪魔とならないように格納することが
