Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A high frequency coil 4 with a lead wire is provided with a position 6 for the process of bending which is smaller than the diameter of the lead wire 7 or is thinner than the thickness of the lead wire 7 at part of the lead wire 7 for externally taking out. This construction enables to fix a bent position when the lead wire 7 for externally taking out of the high frequency coil with a lead wire is bent 90 deg. and the stress is absorbed by the position 6 for the process of bending. This can prevent a disconnection trouble without stress to be applied to the connection 5 between the end of the coil and the lead wire 7 for externally taking out. The accuracy of the dimensions of the position of 90 deg. bending of the lead wire 7 for externally taking out is also improved.
