Claims (1)
- 部品が配置される搬送路を備えたガイド部材と
、前記ガイド部材の片側に所定の距離をおいて配
設され前記部品を位置決めする案内面をもつ搬送
爪が所定のピツチで固定された可動支持板と、前
記可動支持板を前記搬送爪の案内面が前記ガイド
部材上の部品に当接して係合する位置とこれから
離脱する位置との間で往復移動させる第１の移動
テーブルと、前記可動支持板を前記搬送爪の１ピ
ツチの幅で前記ガイド部材に沿つて往復移動させ
る第２の移動テーブルと、前記可動支持板を、ま
ず前記搬送爪の案内面が前記ガイド部材上の部品
に当接して係合する位置に前進させ、次にこの可
動支持板を前記搬送爪の１ピツチの幅で前記ガイ
ド部材の一方向に移動させ、次いでこの可動支持
板を前記搬送爪の案内面が前記ガイド部材上の部
品から離脱する位置に後退させ、この後この可動
支持板を前記搬送爪の１ピツチの幅で前記ガイド
部材の他方向に移動させるよう前記第１および第
２の移動テーブルを制御する制御機構とを備えた
ことを特徴とする部品搬送装置。
