Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) データ処理装置を構成する集積回路に実装
されその表面温度を直接検知して前記表面温度を
表わすデータを生じる温度センサと、前記データ
を受けて前記データ処理装置の冷却異常を判断す
る温度異常検知回路とを備えたことを特徴とする
データ処理装置の冷却異常検出装置。 (2) 集積回路はデータ処理装置の一部である制
御装置に実装され、温度異常検知回路は前記集積
回路の表面温度から前記集積回路内のジヤンクシ
ヨン温度を演算し、このジヤンクシヨン温度が一
定値を越えると前記制御装置に内蔵されたプログ
ラムに前記データ処理装置の冷却異常を知らせる
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のデータ処理装置の冷却異常検出装置。
