Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は例えばターボ機械の水平分割型のケー
シングの組立時の軸封部の取付作業方法に関す
る。
第１図はターボ機械の軸封部がケーシングに装
着された状態を軸心を含む断面で模式的に示す。
１はロータ軸、２はラビリンス２ａをもつ軸封
部、３ａは下部ケーシング、３ｂは上部ケーシン
グ、４はケーシング３ａ，３ｂと軸封部２との間
のリングパツキンである。このリングパツキン４
を収める溝は部品の加工上軸封部のみに置いて、
ケーシング側は円筒面その侭とすることが普通で
ある。このような構造において軸封部をケーシン
グに組付ける場合、従来はロータ軸に軸封部をそ
の所定位置に取付け、外周溝にリングパツキンを
収めた状態までに取付け、これを下部ケーシング
３ａ上に軸封部２と共に所定位置に置き、その上
に上部ケーシング３ｂをかぶせる方法をとつてい
た。この時リングパツキン４の密封性を確実にす
るためのつぶし代が上下ケーシングの合せ目には
み出し、そこの両ケーシング間の密着性や気密性
を損ねる場合が多かつた。それで本発明では軸封
部２はその所定位置から少しずらした位置で軸１
への組付を行い、その外周溝へのリングパツキン
４の装着をすませ、この状態でロータを下部ケー
シングへ収め、その上に上部ケーシングの組付を
行つて、その後軸封部２を軸方向に動かして所定
位置を収めるという方法をとることとした。
第２図はこのようにして軸封部２を所定位置よ
りずらして組付を行つた場合のリングパツキン４
の附近の断面である。３ｃはケーシング軸封部装
着面に普通設けられる環状の空所で、リングパツ
キン４がこの空所３ｃに来るように軸封部がずら
して組付けられている状態を示す。
第３図は軸封部を第２図の状態より矢印の方向
に動かしてこれを所定位置に収めた状態を示す。
３ｄはこのような操作をするための空所３ｃの縁
部のリングパツキンに対するテーパーの案内部、
５は以上のよう所定位置に収めた軸封部に対する
止め金である。
以上のような軸封部とケーシング間のリングパ
ツキン取付作業方法により従来のような上下ケー
シング間の合せ目へのリングパツキンのはみ出
し、かみこみが防げて、それによる前述のような
問題点を解決しうる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はターボ機械の軸封部がケーシングに装
着された状態を模式的に示す軸心を含む縦断面
図、第２図は軸封部を所定位置よりずらして組付
け、その外周溝にリングパツキンを収めた状態
の、第３図は軸封部の軸方向に動かしてその所定
位置に収めた状態の、何れもリングパツキン附近
の断面図である。 １……ロータ軸、２……軸封部、２ａ……ラビ
リンス、３……ケーシング、３ａ……下部ケーシ
ング、３ｂ……上部ケーシング、３ｃ……環状の
空所、３ｄ……リングパツキンの案内部、４……
リングパツキン、５……軸封部止め金。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 下記のようにして行う水平分割ケーシングの
    軸封部の組付方法。 (1) 軸封部をロータ軸に所定位置よりずらして組
    付け、その外周溝にリングパツキンをを収め
    る。 (2) ロータを所定位置にして上下ケーシングを所
    定位置で合せる。 (3) 軸封部を軸方向に動かしてその所定位置に収
    める。
