Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a cap body which is not peeled off easily even if it is subjected to alcoholic contents or a thermal effect, by drawing a plate-shaped material of Al to which a vinyl chloride sheet has been stuck, and bringing it to a heating treatment by the specified temperature and time. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped material is made by constituting a chemical conversion treatment layer 2 on the surface of an Al plate 1, also interposing an adhesive material layer 3 and sticking a vinyl chloride sheet 4. This plate- shaped material is formed by a press to a cap shape by setting a drawing depth ratio to >=1.0, it is brought to a heating treatment at a temperature of 60 deg.C-80 deg.C for >=3min, and thereafter, a lug part 5 which is generated by a directional property of an Al material is cut and removed, and a cap body 6 is formed. In this way, the cap body 6 which is not peeled off easily is formed by executing a heating treatment after the press forming, and eliminating a stress for peeling-off, which remains on the vinyl chloride sheet 4.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention involves drawing an aluminum plate-like material bonded with a vinyl chloride sheet and forming it into a cup shape used for caps of cosmetic containers, etc. It concerns the processing method.

Conventionally, a chemical conversion treatment layer is formed on an aluminum plate, an adhesive layer is interposed on the surface, and a plate-like material is pasted with a vinyl chloride sheet and then drawn and formed into a cup shape using a roll compression method. It is more used. That is,
This is because the vinyl chloride sheet layer becomes a surface-treated layer with excellent decorative properties even without surface treatment after processing.

In the above processing method, when the product height divided by the punch diameter, that is, the drawing depth ratio, is formed to about 1.0 and processed into a cap shape, due to the orientation of the aluminum material, the vinyl chloride sheet is Ears occur regardless of their presence. The ears are usually cut off and used as a cap or the like. However, when solvent bones such as alcohol contained in cosmetics etc. adhere to the edges where the ears have been removed, the vinyl chloride sheet that has been bonded to aluminum and processed and stretched becomes elastic and tends to shrink. Because of the internal stress, even with a solvent that slightly dissolves the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer often separates from the edge.

A chemical conversion treatment layer 2 is formed on the surface of aluminum, and a plate-shaped material in which a vinyl chloride sheet 4 is further bonded is press-formed into a cap shape with a drawing depth ratio of 1.0 or more. This is heat-treated at a temperature of 60°C to 80°C for 3 minutes or more,
Thereafter, the ears 5 generated due to the directionality of the aluminum material are cut off and the cap body 6 is formed.

When the vinyl chloride sheet 4 is formed by press-forming bonded aluminum plates l to a drawing depth of 1.0 or more, the aluminum plate l is formed by plastic deformation, but the vinyl chloride sheet 4 is an aluminum plate that undergoes plastic deformation. It is in a stretched state while being glued to 1. The vinyl chloride sheet 4 having this internal stress expands when heated from 60"C to 80°C, and the shrinkage force causing the internal stress is removed.

Therefore, if the ears 5 are then cut and removed to remove them, the cap body 6 will be difficult to peel off.

A chemical conversion treatment layer 2 was formed on the front and back surfaces of an aluminum plate 1 with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm, and a vinyl chloride sheet 4 with a thickness of Q and 2 mm was bonded together using an adhesive layer 3 using a roll pressure bonding method. Product height: 40 x Diameter: 3
It is press-formed into a 0m5 cab shape, that is, a drawing depth ratio of 1.2 or more. At this point, heat treatment is performed by immersing it in hot water at 60°C for 3 minutes.

As explained above, the present invention removes the elasticity and tensile force remaining in the vinyl chloride sheet 4 by heat treatment after press forming, that is, the stress that tends to cause peeling. This is a processing method for molding a cap body 6 that does not easily peel off even when the cap body 6 is not easily peeled off.
