鍋状凹部内に収納される注入孔が形成された口金
を有する膨張可能なゴム体と該ゴム体上に配され
る支圧板とより構成されるフラツトジヤツキにお
いて、基体にはその鍋状凹部の底面に基体外表面
と連通孔で連らなる凹部が設けられ、またゴム体
は一端部を該ゴム体より突出する口金の他端部に
一体に固着され、かつその周縁部を凸曲面に形成
した補強材を内包して形成されており、該ゴム体
は基体の鍋状凹部に注入孔が連通孔と合致するよ
うにその口金を凹部に嵌合して密に収納され、か
つゴム体上には支圧板が一方の面を鍋状凹部より
突出せしめて配してなるフラツトジヤツキ。 2 注入孔を有する口金の一方の端部に周縁部を
凸曲面に形成した補強材を一体に固着し、該補強
材を口金の他方の端部が嵌装される凹部が底面に
形成された下金型内に、ゴム素材とともに補強材
の下面が該ゴム素材と当接するように配し、つい
で該補強材上ならびにその周縁にゴム素材を補強
材を囲繞せしめるように配し、しかる後上金型を
もつて圧縮成形することによつて、ゴム素材を一
体化してゴム体を形成するとともに補強材をその
下面の全部もしくは一部を該ゴム体と接合させ
て、ゴム体内に内包せしめ、かつ口金の他方の端
部をゴム体より突出せしめてなるフラツトジヤツ
キに用いられる膨張可能なゴム体の製造方法。[Scope of Claims] 1.
