１から発生した高周波エネルギーを伝送する導波
管２を加熱室３に連結し、この導波管２内に高調
波をマグネトロン１側に反射するフイルタ１５を

スケツト１０の外径Ｄ３よりも大きい内径Ｄ５を
持つ高調波吸収材ガスケツト１２を金網ガスケツ
ト１０の外側でマグネトロン１と導波管２との間
