Claims (1)
１から発生した高周波エネルギーを伝送する導波
管２を加熱室３に連結し、この導波管２内に高調
波をマグネトロン１側に反射するフイルタ１５を
取り付け、上記マグネトロン１の出力アンテナ５
を挿入するため上記導波管２に設けた結合穴６の
周囲に段部９を設け、この段部９に金網ガスケツ
ト１０を密着させ、段部９の付根１１の外側でか
つマグネトロン１と導波管２との間に高調波吸収
材ガスケツト１２を設けたことを特徴とする高周
