Claims (1)
- 低温のヘリウムガスを圧縮するためのラジアル
コンプレツサを、低温の作動ガスに付勢されて回
転するタービンにより駆動するようにしたヘリウ
ムガス圧縮装置であつて、前記ラジアルコンプレ
ツサと前記タービンとを低温の真空断熱槽内に配
設するとともに、前記ラジアルコンプレツサの羽
根車と前記タービスの羽根車とを熱伝導性の低い
単一の回転軸を介して直結し、この回転軸の中間
部を前記真空断熱槽内よりも高温の温度域に露呈
させ、その露呈部に前記ラジアルコンプレツサと
前記タービンとを隔離する磁性流体シール機構を
設けてなることを特徴とするヘリウムガス圧縮装
置。
