保持してなる導電性を有する筒状の本体ボデイと
、この本体ボデイの他端側から摺動可能に装填さ
れかつ外方端に付与される高圧側の流体圧力とタ
ーミナル端子側の大気圧力との圧力差に応じて移
動するプランジヤと、このプランジヤと本体ボデ
イとの間でターミナル端子寄りの部分に形成され
た環状溝内に介装されているOリングを備え、こ
のOリングが介装された環状溝のターミナル端子
と反対側の部分にくぼみを凹設するとともに、こ
のくぼみをドレン側に接続したことを特徴とする
