本発明は加入電話網を使用したデータ収集シス
テムにおいて、夜間、休日等の保守員が不在時に
端末局に重大故障が発生した場合に音声にて異常

合には直ちに自動的に異常通報を行なうことが必

ように構成されている。しかし、このような装置
を遠方監視制御装置に適用しようとすると、各端
末局に通常のデータ伝送装置のほかに、所定の電
話番号先にダイヤルして音声により通報を行なう
通報装置が必要となるため、端末数が多くなると
高価なシステムとなる問題がある。また常時音声
による通報を行なうように構成した場合には遠方
監視制御装置としてのデータ伝送が行なえないと

に示すシステムの動作を説明する。例えば異常が
発生して入力接点1011が閉路されたとする。情
報処理装置91はこの異常入力を読込んで異常情
報を作成するとともに、加入電話網制御装置81
を動作させ、加入電話網11を介して中央局1と
この端末局21を接続する。そして異常情報は通
常のデータ伝送と同様にして端末局21から中央
局1に伝送される。このような加入電話網制御装
置による端末局の加入電話網への接続およびそれ
以後のデータ伝送については、例えば特開昭55−
123800号公報に記載されているように加入電話網
を使用したデータ収集システムとして公知である
ので、それらの構成については特に説明しないこ
とにする。中央局1は伝送されてきた異常情報を
加入電話網制御装置5を介して情報処理装置4に
読込む。この情報処理装置4は異常情報が緊急異
常情報かどうかを判断し、緊急異常情報でなけれ
ば表示・警報装置6により異常通報を行なわせ、
中央局にいる保守員にそれに応じた対策を行なわ
せる。また緊急異常情報である場合には、さらに
電話による通報が必要であるかどうかの判断を行
ない、必要でない場合には前述と同様に表示警報
装置6により異常通報を行なわせ、中央局にいる
保守員にそれに応じた対策を行なわせる。電話に
よる通報が必要であると判断された場合には加入
電話網制御装置5により所定の連絡先である加入
電話31〜3nのいずれかに接続を行なう。この
加入電話への接続の仕方には種々の方法が考えら
れるが、例えば前述の特開昭55−34720号公報や
特開昭55−91098号公報に開示されているような
自動ダイヤル回路を用いることができる。また情
報処理装置4はどの端末局からの異常情報である
かに応じて所定の加入電話に接続するように加入
電話網制御装置5を制御する。所定の加入電話に
接続されると、音声発生装置9が作動し、音声に
より異常情報が通報される。そして通報を受けた
保守員が例えばその端末局に行つてその情報に応
じた対策を行なうことにより異常処理が終了す

つて、中央局には各端末局から伝送されてくる情
報を処理する情報処理装置と、この情報処理装置
からの指令に基づき所定の加入電話を自動的に呼
出す手段と、呼出された加入電話に対して音声に
て異常通報を行なう音声発生装置とを設け、各端
末局は異常が発生したことを検知すると異常情報
を作成して電話網を介して中央局にデータ伝送
し、中央局は情報処理装置において端末局からデ
ータ伝送されてきた異常情報を判断し、異常情報
が電話による異常通報が必要な緊急なものである
と判断された際には前記手段にて所定の加入電話
を呼出し、音声発生装置により音声にて異常通報
を行なうようにしたことを特徴とする異常通報方
