【考案の詳細な説明】
ウス式コーヒーミルにおいて、粉砕室を形成し
挽かれたコーヒー粉を導く壁は、コーヒーミル本
体によつて構成されたものが多く、材質はプラス
チツクで耐久性に問題があつた。コーヒー豆は約
1000rpm.もの高速で回転する可動ウスと固定ウ
スで挽かれ、勢いよく粉砕室壁に突き当たり、粉
の吹出口に導かれ粉容器に収納されるが、この
時、粉砕室周壁はこのコーヒー粉によつて削ら
れ、コーヒー粉にプラスチツクが混入し、コーヒ
ーを抽出した場合、風味を損なうことになる。ま
たこの状態がさらに進むと、可動ミルと周壁の間
隔が広がり、粉を吹き出す風が弱まり吹出口のつ
まりの原因となる。さらに摩耗が進むと粉砕室周
壁に穴が開く危険性が生じ、大変不都合なことに
なる。この摩耗対策として金属板を曲げたものを
挿入したものがあるが、円筒形の粉砕室周壁に装
着させるため円弧状の曲げ加工が必要で、固定す
るためにストツパー部を粉砕室周壁に設けなくて
はならず、粉砕室周壁の全周を覆うことは困難で

0.3mm程度の帯状のプレス加工品の両端を直角に
折り曲げたもので、粉砕室壁に装着する際は、折
り曲げ部11を持ち、金具全体を曲げながら粉容
器壁内に挿入し、取付板9の側面部12で折り曲
げ部11を円周方向に押しながら固定する。また
金具10の上下方向の動きを止めるため取付板1
0の底面部に突起13を設け突起13の底面で金
具10の折り曲げ部上端面を押すと金具10は予
想される振動においても外れることなく装着され
る。上記のような方法で粉砕室壁の内側に金具を
装着すれば、金具は板厚0.2mm程度の薄板で良
く、曲げ加工も両端の直角曲げだけで、全体を円
弧状に曲げる従来の方法に比べ材料費,加工費と
も安く、取扱いも容易である。また本実施例によ
ると粉砕室壁4の全周にわたつて覆うことが出来
るので、粉砕室壁のいかなる部分をもつても摩耗
することはない。従つて、粉の吹出口に指が入ら
ないようにガードする安全棒14を設ける場合、
その形状に合致した金具10にするだけで容易に
安全棒14の摩滅をも防ぐ。以上の説明から明ら
かなように、本考案によれば金具の両端を折り曲
げ、その部分を取付板側面で円周方向に押すこと
によつて常に金具10を粉砕室壁4に押しつけ、
金具と壁の密着性を常時保ちながら粉砕室壁を保
護し、さらに、金具を粉砕室内部に装着するため
実際に豆挽きを行なつた場合、挽いた後の粉砕室
内のコーヒー粉による汚れが少なく、また粉の付
着はほとんど認められないなどの効果があり、コ
ーヒーミルの衛生上,美観上の商品価値を高める
ことができる。特に、上記実施例のようなコーヒ
ーメーカーの一部にミルを設けたものに於いて
は、ミルの掃除の際、本体を動かすのが困難であ
るため、粉砕室内部へのコーヒー粉付着を防ぐ本
