Claims (1)
- 基板上に光電変換膜を形成するとともに、この
光電変換膜の上又は下に平面的に対向する一対の
コプラナー型電極を形成してなるコプラナー型光
センサーにおいて、前記コプラナー型電極間に位
置させて光電変換膜の上又は下に第３電極を形成
したことを特徴とするコプラナー型光センサー。
